European governing body EFRA, at their AGM in Brussels, has passed a Swedish proposal to reduce the cell numbers in the Touring car class from 6 to 4 cells, which was then amended to 5. Xray have a report on their site about the first round of the Russian Indoor Electric nationals in which the Xray car TQ’d and won the event with driver Lopukhin Artem.
