After recently reporting on the Após o recente relatório sobre a Sirio Kanai Evo 3 STI Sirio Kanai Evo 3 STI I was made aware of the logo being used by the Italian engine manufacturer Star Motor to display that a motor has been factory modified or as they like to reference it, ‘Sirio Technology Impact’ (STI). Eu era tomar conhecimento do logotipo a ser utilizado pelo fabricante italiano motor Star Motor para mostrar que um motor tem sido modificada fábrica ou como eles gostam de referência ele, 'Sirio Tecnologia Impact' (STI). This logo as you can see above on the right is a carbon copy of the logo on the left created by world famous Japanese tuning firm ‘Subaru Tecnica International’ (STI) that is famous for tuning Imprezas and other Subaru’s including the World Rally cars. Esse logotipo como você pode ver acima à direita é uma cópia carbono do logotipo do lado esquerdo criadas pela mundialmente famosa empresa japonesa tuning 'Subaru Tecnica International (STI), que é famoso por tuning Imprezas e outros Subaru's incluindo o World Rally Automóveis. This is a blatant copy of the Japanese company’s logo and an even more blatant attempt by Star Motor to change it slightly to avoid infringing on their trademark. Esta é uma flagrante cópia do logotipo da empresa japonesa e uma ainda mais flagrante por tentativa Star Motor para mudá-lo um pouco para evitar infrator sobre a sua marca.

Does this actually really matter you ask? Será que isso realmente importa na verdade você pergunta? Well i think it does as it sends out a pretty poor message about protection of intellectual property, from a company that is at the leading edge of our industry. Pois eu penso que ele faz, uma vez que envia uma mensagem bastante pobre sobre protecção da propriedade intelectual, de uma empresa que está na vanguarda da nossa indústria. And it’s even more dissapointing, is that a company that is so creative when it comes to their products has absolutely no creativity when it comes to designing a simple logo. E é ainda mais dissapointing, é que uma empresa que é tão criativo quando se trata de seus produtos tem absolutamente nenhuma criatividade quando se trata de conceber um simples logotipo.
