The 9th installment in the Xray column from Xray owner and chief designer Juraj Hudy is now online. In this months column, Juraj takes about the development of the newly released XT8 truggy and the work that went into producing this car, from concept, to testing, to final production as well as the many setbacks on the way to market. Having most of the parts finished and ready for the release for spring, we were hit with some very annoying bad news – the market standard for the truggy class had developed significantly within the last year, including the requirements for a 150cc fuel tank. Tendo a maior parte das peças acabadas e prontas para a libertação de Primavera, que foram atingidas com alguns muito irritante má notícia - o padrão do mercado para a classe truggy tinham desenvolvido significativamente no último ano, incluindo os requisitos para uma 150cc tanque de combustível. Again we were faced with another difficult decision… either release the XT8 with the planned buggy fuel tank (120cc capacity) which would cause some negative feedback, or delay the project again and make a completely new mould for a larger fuel tank. Mais uma vez, fomos confrontados com uma decisão difícil… quer libertar o XT8 com o planeado buggy tanque de combustível (capacidade 120cc), que poderiam causar algum feedback negativo, ou atrasar o projeto novamente e fazer um novo molde de um tanque de combustível maior.
