Last weekend saw the Coupe de France for 1/8th scale run at the MRTE circuit near the town of Evry, close to Paris. Qualification saw recently crowned French National Champion Nicolas Guillot take the pole position for Mugen from Kyosho racer Stéphane Riccobono, with Adrien Siegfried in 3rd also for Kyosho. In the main final it was a good start for Bouche and Siegfried who immediately took the lead however it was Bouche that was to have a coming together with another racer, knocking him out of the lead and down to 3rd behind Siegfried who took over the lead and Guillot who moved up into 2nd. Close to the end of the racer Siegfried also had some troubles which caused him to slow and allowed Guillot through into the lead and to take the win and Bouche up into 2nd, while Siegfried eventually finished 3rd.
