Federations react to Exploding cells الرد على الاتحادات انفجار الخلايا Categories - Industry, Events, Electric, Racing , trackback
Following up on the decision by the Norwegian federation to تعقيبا على القرار الذي اتخذه الاتحاد النرويجي ل stop all EP racing وقف جميع السباقات الجيش الشعبي until the new year in response to the safety hazard of exploding NiMh cells, a number of other countries have also reacted, however so far not as strictly. حتى السنة الجديدة وردا على انفجار خطرا على السلامة ، من نيكل ميتال هايدريد زنزانة ، وعدد من البلدان الاخرى ايضا رد فعل ، ولكن حتى الآن ليس دقيقا. In the meantime the Intellect Battery Co. have now supplied the batch numbers which may contain cells that could potentially explode when subjected to race type conditions. وفي تلك الاثناء كان الفكر بطاريه شركة الآن الدفعه المقدمة والتي قد تحتوي على عدد الخلايا التي يمكن ان تنفجر عند تعرضها على اساس العرق أو النوع شروط.

ARAET, AZCWT, BNCWT, BNDST, BRAET, BZAWT. Araet ، azcwt ، bncwt ، bndst ، braet ، bzawt.
We must stress that the Batch No’s. يجب ان نؤكد ان اي دفعة لل. detailed have been compiled only from returns by European customers to Intellect. وقد تم تجميع تفصيلا الا عن طريق العودة من الزبائن الى الفكر الأوروبي. There may be other batches that we have not yet been notified of. قد تكون هناك دفعات أخرى اننا لم يتم بعد اخطار. (So, do not assume that if a Batch No. is not detailed above, that it does not have any problem cells within it). No doubt you will have read or heard the stories of batteries exploding and that the Norwegian Federation has temporarily suspended all electric racing. ولا شك انكم قد سمعت أو قراءة القصص للانفجار البطاريات والنرويجيه ان الاتحاد قد علقت موقتا جميع الكهرباءيه السباق. We have been monitoring these incidents but obtaining hard facts is not easy, making it difficult to draw any meaningful conclusions. لقد تم رصد هذه الحوادث ولكن من الصعب الحصول على الحقائق وليس من السهل ، مما يجعل من الصعب استخلاص اي استنتاجات ذات معنى.
Given that there are thousands of cells in circulation, such incidents have been exceedingly rare in the past. وبالنظر الى ان هناك الآلاف من الخلايا في التداول ، مثل هذه الحوادث كانت نادرة جدا في الماضي. The NiMh cells have a chemistry that allows the cell to ’self-discharge’ over a relatively short period, (days as opposed to weeks). نيكل ميتال هايدريد فان كيمياء الخلايا التي تسمح للخلية ل'التفريغ الذاتي' على مدى فترة قصيرة نسبيا ، (أيام بدلا من أسابيع). Lately, some of the 4200 cells seem to self-discharge more rapidly than other/previous versions. وفي الاونة الاخيرة ، بعض من خلايا 4200 ويبدو ان التفريغ الذاتي بسرعة أكبر من سرعة غيرهم / الاصدارات السابقة. More importantly the amount each individual cell within a pack discharges varies (ie cell 1 might be .9v, cell 2 .8v, cell 3 .9v, cell 4 .7v, etc.) والأهم من كل فرد مبلغ خلية داخل علبة يختلف التصريف (اي خلية 1 قد يكون.9 الخامس ، خلية 2.8 الخامس ، 3.9 في الخلية ، خلية 4.7 الخامس ، الخ.)
If charged in this state, some chargers will not know when to stop the charge process, as some cells are demanding to continue with the charge, whilst others could be over charged. واذا اتهم في هذه الدولة ، وبعض شاحنات لن تعرف متى لوقف المسؤول عن العملية ، كما يطالب بعض الخلايا على مواصلة مع التهمة ، وبعضها الآخر يمكن ان يكون اكثر من تهمة. Once the cell has achieved full charge, any further charging will produce gas. مرة واحدة الخلية حقق الكاملة عن اي اتهام لانتاج المزيد من الغاز. The cells have a pressure vent, but if that is blocked or not working, the gas pressure could cause an explosion. الخلايا لها تنفيس الضغط ، ولكن اذا كان هذا هو سد أو لا يعملون ، وضغط الغاز يمكن ان تتسبب فى حدوث انفجار.
High charge rates will also produce more gas and reduce the cells useful life. فرض أسعار عالية ايضا على انتاج المزيد من الغاز والحد من الخلايا لاستخدامها. It is possible that internal gas pressure may cause distortion to some internal parts that could result in a short circuit within the cell. ومن الممكن ان الضغط الداخلي للغاز قد تسبب تشويها لبعض الأجزاء الداخلية التي يمكن ان تنجم في داءره القصر داخل الخلية. An internal short circuit combined with gas pressure is likely to be a ‘big bang’. داخلية داءره القصر الجمع بين ضغط الغاز ويرجح ان يكون 'الانفجار الكبير'.
Drivers need to recognise that the ‘matchers’ recommendations are intended to achieve maximum performance. الحاجة الى التعرف على السائقين ان 'matchers' التوصيات الراميه الى تحقيق اقصى قدر من الاداء. It is the recommendation from the cell manufacturer that should be used. ومن توصية من خلية الصانع التي ينبغي استخدامها.
Best Practice for use of NiMH cells. افضل الممارسات لاستخدام الخلايا نيكل ميتال هايدريد.
1. Equalise cells before charging if they have been stored (with charge) for more than 2/3 days. Equalise الخلايا قبل شحن اذا كان قد تم تخزين (مع المسؤول) لاكثر من 2 / 3 أيام. If any of the cells in the pack show that they do not need to be equalised (ie the light does not show or goes out straight away) then remove the pack from the equaliser and charge for a short period (approx. 5 mins. should be adequate). اذا كان اي من الخلايا في حزمة وتبين انها لا تحتاج الى equalised (أي ضوء لا تظهر او يخرج على الفور) ثم قم بازاله حزمة من المسؤول عن هدف التعادل ولفترة قصيرة (حوالى 5 دقائق. ينبغي ان يكون كافيا). Then carry out the equalising process. ثم القيام المساواة في هذه العملية.
2. Never exceed the manufacturers recommended fast charge rate. أبدا تتجاوز المصنعين واوصى المسؤول عن معدل سريع. This should be 1C max., even if the manufacturer states higher. ينبغي ان يكون هذا 1c ماكس ، حتى اذا كان المصنع الدول أعلى من ذلك. (C being rate of charge based on capacity of the cell, eg a 4200 mAh cell = 4.2 amps) (ج يجري بمعدل قدرة المسؤول على اساس من الخلية ، مثل الخلية MAH 4200 = 4،2 امبير)
3. Disregard any charge rate recommendations by the ‘matcher’ if it is more than 1C. معدل المسؤول عن تجاهل اي توصيات من 'المنظر اذا كانت هذه اكثر من 1c.
4. Use a maximum Delta-Peak setting of 3mV per cell (6-cell pack = 3mV x 6 = 0.018V). استخدام اقصى الذروة دلتا - تحديد 3mv لكل خلية (6 خلايا = حزمة 3mv × 6 = 0.018v).
5. Never repeak cells after main charge. أبدا repeak الخلايا الرئيسية المسءوله عن بعد.
6. Use a temperature cut-out as an additional safety feature set at 42 deg. استخدام أ - خفض درجة الحراره بها بوصفها ميزة اضافية للسلامة في مجموعه 42 درجة. C max., located on the hottest cell (usually middle cell). ج الحد الاقصى ، الواقعة على أحر خلية (خلية عادة الاوسط). If charging on a cold day then consider reducing this to around 35 deg. واذا فرض رسوم على الباردة في اليوم بعد ذلك النظر في تخفيض هذا الى حوالى 35 درجة. C. جيم
7. Allow cells to fully cool to ambient temperature before further charges. يسمح لخلايا بارد تماما لدرجة الحراره المحيطة قبل ان تهم اخرى. Be aware the centre of the cell cools slower than the outer casing. علم المركز من خلية يبرد ابطأ من الغلاف الخارجي. Do not put them in water to cool down; in an emergency cover the cells with a damp/wet cloth if you have to quickly cool them. لا وضعها في الماء لتهدئة ؛ في حالات الطوارئ تغطية الخلايا مع الرطوبه / الرطبه القماش اذا كان لديك لتبرد بسرعة.
8. Store cells with some charge (30/50%). المتجر مع بعض الخلايا المسءوله عن (30/50 ٪).

IB should be held responsible for the quality of their batteries. باء ينبغي ان تعتبر مسؤولة عن نوعية من البطاريات. Has a lawsuit been placed for the person who has lost their site? وقد وضعت دعوى قضائية لصالح الشخص قد فقدت من الموقع؟

The above reccomendations for nimh cell care, does this specifically apply to the IB4200 cells, or is it a good general guideline for all cells, such as GP3300’s, 3700’s, etc., etc. ??? Reccomendations المذكورة اعلاه للنيكل ميتال هايدريد خلية الرعايه ، هل ينطبق هذا على وجه التحديد الى ib4200 الخلايا ، او هل هي جيدة مبادئ توجيهية عامة لجميع الخلايا ، مثل gp3300 's، 3700's ، الخ ، الخ؟؟؟
I think its more directed towards the IB42s as they are the batteries at the moment with the major “exploding” issues and so on. واعتقد ان الاكثر الموجهة نحو ib42s كما هي البطاريات في الوقت الحاضر مع كبرى "انفجار" القضايا وما الى ذلك. But its recommendations I would use on the GPs to keep them in top form to as ive seen GP cells explode to! الا ان توصياته واود ان استخدام النظام العالمى لتحديد المواقع على ابقائها في أعلى شكل لGP كما ينظر الى الخلايا المختلفة لتنفجر!
