Atomic Carbon B44 option parts Categories - Accessories, Atomic Carbon, Off Road, Products, Team Associated , trackback
Following on from the brief piece from oOple about the Atomic Carbon S2 in which we mentioned that a new 4wd buggy was spotted, comes the first teaser pictures of that car which has turned out to be an Associated B44 with new carbon fibre option parts from Atomic Carbon. Most notable is the beautiful moulded, and machined, carbon fibre tub chassis which sports a different battery layout and radio gear configuration than the original car and also that it no longer uses an upper chassis brace, probably due to the stiffness of the tub. More information to be released soon.

It seems like this chassis requires that you use a low profile servo such as the Futaba S9550. I believe the motor in a low profile servo will not stand up to the rigors of offroad racing in the long term. There is not much room for a receiver. Iw ould prefer a qiuick battery release. Otherwise the car looks awesome.
