Batlle takes Spanish 1/8th TT Rd1 Batlle assume espanhol 1/8th TT Rd1 Categories - Gas, Off Road, National, Racing , trackback
The first round of the Spanish 1/8th scale gas Nationals was run last weekend in dry weather at the Cañete track in Cordoba. A primeira rodada do espanhol 1/8th escala de gás Nationals foi executado último fim de semana de tempo seco na pista Cañete, em Córdoba. Qualifying saw the top spot for the semi finals go to GS racer Richi Gomez with current European Champion Robert Battle claiming the top spot for the other semi final. It was Mugen racer Daniel Vega however that claimed the quickest time in the semi to take the pole position for the main final with Borja Hernandez starting from the 2nd position. Almost immediately Vega had problems and dropped to the back of the field allowing Antonio Jesus Gomez to take the lead, which he held for the first 8 laps until a quick moving Batlle took over at the front.
