EFRA Homologated Bodies 1:10 IC Track Omologato EFRA organi 1:10 IC Track Categories - Gas, On Road, International, Racing , trackback
The EFRA Chairman for 1/10th IC Track, Franky Noens, has contacted us to inform everyone that EFRA will be very strict in checking bodyshells to ensure that they are indeed EFRA approved. Il presidente EFRA per 1/10th IC Track, Franky Noens, ci ha contattato per informare tutti che EFRA saranno molto severe nel controllo bodyshells per assicurare che esse siano effettivamente EFRA approvato. When buying a bodyshell, you must always look if the homologation number is embossed in the body, preceeded by the word “EFRA”. Quando comprate una carrozzeria, si deve sempre guardare se il numero di omologazione è impresso nel corpo, preceduto dalla parola "EFRA". If this is not the case, you will not be allowed to use that bodyshell at an EFRA race, even if it had been approved in the past. Se questo non è il caso, non sarà consentito di utilizzare in una carrozzeria che EFRA razza, anche se era stato approvato in passato.

Makes sence to me. Ha un senso per me. But if that’s the final position then I’ll simply overcast it with a decal and if someone needs to check my true sportsman character he can do this from the inside of the bodyshell then. Indeed the EFRA has done some really stupid things in the past! Infatti il EFRA ha fatto alcune cose veramente stupido in passato!

These stamps are hardly noticable when you are looking at the body and have been in place for years. I absolutely agree with that rule, but I don’t agree with the way EFRA tries to introduce this rule now. Sono assolutamente d'accordo con questa regola, ma io non sono d'accordo con il modo in cui EFRA cerca di introdurre questa norma.
We’re only 4 weeks before an EFRA European Championship and I think it is a little bit too late to tell the public that drivers won’t be allowed to drive, if hey don’t use bodies with embossed EFRA numbers. In the past some of the already homologated bodies could be used, even if they did not have the EFRA Number embossed but only the manufacturer’s number by which the body could be clearly identified. In passato alcuni dei già omologati organi potrebbe essere usata, anche se non hanno avuto la EFRA Numero rilievo, ma solo il numero del produttore da cui il corpo poteva essere chiaramente identificati.
So what is the difference between a homologated body with EFRA number and exactly the same homologated body whith only the manufacturer’s number which is also listed in the EFRA list of homologated bodies? Allora, qual è la differenza tra un corpo con omologato EFRA numero e esattamente lo stesso corpo con les omologati solo il numero del produttore, che è anche elencati nella lista EFRA di organismi omologati?
