Kempeneers vence belga T1 nats Rd1

In the start of the race, the clouds started to darken but it continued to be dry until about 15 minutes in when it finally started to rain. As everyone went into the pits for a tire change, this left Kempeneers in the lead as he had decided to stay out a little longer to avoid the chaos in the pitlane.
