The opening round of the Swiss 1/8th scale circuit Championships was run at the weekend on the Wallisellen track, near Zurich in the North of the country. The finals were run on Sunday, again in warm conditions, and at the start of the A-main Shasa went straight into the lead and continued to pull away from the rest of the field until 5 minutes from the end of the race when his gearbox got stuck in 2nd gear.
