Davide Tortorici neemt Italiaanse Nats Rd1 Categories - Events, Gas, Off Road, National, Racing - comments closed 
Het openen rond van de Italiaanse 1/8ste schaalIngezetenen met fouten vond vorig weekend bij het spoor van de Club van de Vallei Sportieve in Alberobello plaats en na semi def. was het Losi bestuurder Riccardo Rabitti die op de poolpositie voor Crono teambestuurder Davide Tortorici opstelde. In def. nochtans, ondanks het plaatsen van de snelste overlappingstijden, kon Rabitti slechts 3de positie, slechts 1 tweede achter agent op Fabio beheren Boero die een Mugen rent, terwijl het ras ging naar Tortorici wint, die erin slaagde om zijn RS7 huis Crono over een overlapping vooraan te brengen.

Meer nieuwe producten van Xceed RC die een nieuwe toevoeging aan hun lijn van racer vriendschappelijke producten met de versie van deze handige autotribune hebben geïntroduceerdl. Geschikt voor de meeste schalen van op wegvoertuigen, elektrisch en gas, is het gemaakt van één enkel stuk van 2mm dik zwart geanodiseerd aluminium. Sportief de Xceed embleemlaser die in de bovenkant en de kanten wordt geëtst, de voeten en de hoogste het schuimstootkussens van de platformeigenschap voor het helpen om zich uw auto te verhinderen en van zich het bewegen rond uw het werkbank te bevinden. Een aardige toegevoegde eigenschap is de opneming van 4 gaten in de hoogste oppervlakte voor het zitten van uw schokbrekers in wanneer het opnieuw vullen van hen.

Het serpent heeft deze nieuwe 1mm dikke verbindingsstukken vrijgegeven die voor de facultatieve OS2 voorwielassen op Serpent 960' 08 geschikt zijn, toestaand gemakkelijke aanpassing van de voorcompensatie. Machinaal bewerkt van aluminium, worden de verbindingsstukken verminderd op het gezicht dat persen tegen het wiellager ervoor zorgt, dat dat zij niet het lager door te wrijven tegen het buitendeel van het lager van de wielas beschadigen. Verkocht in een reeks van 4, worden zij gebruikt in combinatie met de standaard 0.2mm dikke wiggen van de wielas.

Xceed RC, in samenwerking met Italiaanse bedrijfSprint RC en vroegere F1 mechanische Pietro Corradini, is pleased om dit nieuwe Zytec 1/8ste shell van het schaallichaam aan te kondigen. Tested extensively by World Vice Champion Andrea Cristiani, its design allows for great top speed and good cornering traction thanks to its low and flat front and side wing design. Also incredibly stable at high speed as well as under braking, the new shell sports clearance at the front for the shock tower and upper wishbones as well as having very stiff sides thanks to a special built in shape. Available in 1mm and 0.75mm thick versions, it is on the 2008 list of EFRA homologated body shells (#31501).

The R.A.M.S. club of Northern California, located in Santa Clara just south of San Francisco, had a race to celebrate the clubs 40th year of continuous running. For this race they had a full turnout of 130 entrants for both sedan 10th scale and 8th scale which included some old members who were invited out to the race and as a result many past members showed up and brought out their old cars and radio gear. The racing saw the 1/8th scale TQ go to Mugen team driver Mike Swauger, while in Sedan it was Jeffery Lin from OFNA that took top honours. With each class getting a 45 minute A-main, held in perfect California sunshine, it was Mike Swauger that won in 8th scale followed by Kyosho racer Jim Adkins and Ron Collangi, also a Mugen driver, in 3rd spot. In the sedan class it was Ralph Burch that took the win with his Xray followed by Jeffery Lin for OFNA, and young Kyosho driver Michael Palazzola in 3rd.

More new products from LRP who have released this Race stick pack, which uses the VTEC 4000 Longlife cell, an extremely though cell that can be stored over a long period of time without any disadvantages. Xray T2 008 Alu Chassis Brace Categories - Xray, Accessories, On Road, Products - comments closed 
Xray have released this Alu chassis brace for T2′008, which has been CNC-machined from high-grade aluminium. It is recommended for carpet tracks with medium to super-high traction. Also suggested to use when the used tires have a lot of natural traction (for example soft compound tires) but also for tires which have type of insert which create a lot of air inside the tire. This will make the car easier to drive with smoother steering and the car will not “stop” in the corner.
