Team Titan 966 Pinions, Pulley & Wheel nuts
New from Team Titan for the Serpent 966 are a number of machined aluminium items, including these pinions. Available in 3 versions, two first gears (15T & 16T) and one second gear (19T), all are hard coated, highly precise and durable with the first gears made from 7075 T5 aluminium, while the second gear is 7075 T6. Other new items include a 18T side belt pulley that claims to eliminate the main shaft play that’s evident in the original design. Finally there are lightweight wheel nuts for the car, which we saw in Lostallo, that are silver anodised, sport extra holes for weight savings and sport 2 o-rings on the thread to ensure it stays tight.

The side to side play of the 2 speed shaft is there for a reason, Titan created the 18T pulley claiming that it will eliminate the play will create bind specially when the aluminum parts gets hot!
