SMI launch Orcan Shop Austria

Site sponsors SMI, together with Gerhard Kandelhart have launched Orcan Shop Austria. By launching this shop, SMI Motorsport is striking a new path and going to extend the availability of the increasingly popular Orcan products with the first shop outside Germany. Gerhard ‘Kandi’ Kandelhart, has for more than 15 years been one of the most successful and experienced Austrian sportsman in RC racing, and will be the owner of the Orcan Shop Austria (www.orcan.at).

“This shop is the result of the growing demand for Orcan products outside the German border”, says Bertram Kessler of SMI Motorsport based in Siegen/Germany. “I am really looking forward to the co-operation with ‘Kandi’. He is successfully using the Orcan products and therefore a well experienced contact person.”

The Orcan Shop Austria will offer all of the Orcan products, first and foremost the Orcan nitro engines .12 on-road and .21 off-road including pipes, plugs, springs, fuel tubes and maintenance articles, Orcan fuel with 16 and 25 percentage of nitro methane, especially the new Orcan 16PLUS[+], Orcan bodies like the new Audi A5 as well as the new Orcan tires with the light Dish rims. Furthermore car kits from Xray and component parts from Xray, Hudy und Novarossi complete the shop offer.

“It is a matter of particular concern for me to provide my experience and my knowledge to other RC car drivers. With the Orcan Shop Austria I want to offer an expert service to everybody, likewise at the track”, explains Gerhard Kandelhart, the 2001 European Champion of the 1/10-235 scale nitro class and multiple Austrian Champion as well a multiple W.C. and E.C. finalist including one E.C. TQ.
