Serpent 411 FWD – Sneak Peek
Serpent has released first information on their upcoming 411 FWD chassis. Based on the 4WD 411 touring car the front motor/front driven on-road car features the same suspension and shock absorbers as its all-wheel sibling, but differs in the front motor and gear box mount as well as the overall chassis design. Also part of the specs are carbon fibre chassis parts and a gear differential. The kit is scheduled for a late 2011 release with a more economically priced 411 FWD Sports variant with more nylon and fibre glass parts is in the making for later in 2012. The FWD class is very popular in a number of countries and especially Asia and is raced mainly as stock class. More info and final images and specs will be released by Serpent at a later stage.

Look and dig around you and you will see that the FF class is getting more and more popular, especially in SE Asia.
The regulation allows to use any bodies from full scale makes that are also front forward transmission powered. Honda Civic, Integra, Golf 5, even Monospace Honda Odyssey, etc.
