New Serpent 748 & 411 option parts

New Serpent 748 & 411 option parts

Serpent have new optional parts for the Natrix 748 and Eryx 411 1/10th on-road cars available. First up is an aluminium servo saver lever for the 748. The CNC-machined part is made from 7075-T6 material and offers improved rigidity over the stock composite lever. The composite Ackermann inserts of the standard part are usable with the alloy servo saver in order to help adjust the steering characteristics of the car.

The second new part for Serpent’s latest 1/10th 200mm car is a Flex-Set to make the 748’s chassis and topdeck flex system work. Included are ball bearings, screws and countersunk washers that allow the centre/rear part of the chassis to become for flexible when conditions calls for it. Last but not least are new titanium-nitride coated shock shafts in several dimensions. The precision machined, hardened and coated shafts reduce the shock’s friction for a smoother damper action. The shafts are available as a super short variant for the 411 and 748 as well as in short and long specification for the 977.
