Laurent & Limoges win at French Winter Nats Rd3

The 3rd round of the French Winter Nationals was held in Pierrelatte this past weekend. In the Touring Car Modified class the race for the TQ position was on between Mathieu Briere and Alex Laurent and at the end it was Alex who was able to win four qualifying rounds to take the overall TQ for the finals. The triple A-mains then saw Alex conserving his qualifying performance as he win the first two legs to take the day’s win from Mathieu Briere who was able to score in the final A-main. Jeremy Limoges rounded out the podium in 3rd.


In the Formula class Jeremy Limoges grabbed the pole position for the finals from Mathieu Briere who had a maiden outing in this class. The finals then saw some proper action on the track with Jeremy winning the opening leg in front of Mathieu who suffered from a mistake in the early laps but he was able to recover well. A2 then had Mathieu winning the leg after a nice battle with Jeremy who in turn won the decisive third A-final to take the overall victory from Mathieu Briere and Julien Jost.
