The 2015 edition of the LRP Touring Car Masters was held this past weekend in Rüsselsheim, Germany with over 250 entries. The Masters class win went to Yokomo’s Ronald Völker who also grabbed the TQ after the qualifiers. Triple ISTC Touring Car World Champion Marc Rheinard (Tamiya) made a late entry for the race and secured himself the runner-up spot in front of last year’s Master class winner Viljami Kutvonen (Awesomatix).
In Open Stock Oliver Franke (Yokomo) secured himself the win at his first major for new chassis sponsor Yokomo. Jan Ratheisky (Xray) came in second followed by Bernhard Bopp in 3rd. The supporting LRP-HPI-Challenge classes had Björn Brockmann taking the win in 17.5T, Stefan Köhler came out successful in 17.5T GT, the Classic Challenge win went to Torsten Baggendorf and Alexander Menges put himself on top of the podium in the Rookie Challenge.
