Montech and A+Paint Trophy Italy – Report

The recent Montech and A+Paint Trophy took place at the Minicar Fontanellato track in Fontanellato, Italy. Classes run were Touring Modified, Touring Stock 13.5T, Formula and Pan Car. In Touring Modified Mattia Collina took the TQ in front of Silvio Boni and Luca Torreggiani. In the final Collina would confirmed his dominant performance while Torreggiani and Boni would swap placed on the podium.

The Stock category again saw Mattia Collina leading the proceedings and by winning all qualifying rounds he would take the overall TQ from Nico Catelani and Nicola Fornasari. In the finals it was again Collina who came out fastest to take his second win of the day. Behind him, the battle was on for the runner-up spot with the better end for Nico Catelani who grabbed the second place in front of Fornasari and Grisenti.

In the Formula class Riccardo Ferretti took the TQ and win in front of Andrea Baroni and Stefano Casamatti while finally in the Pan Car class, with a super clean and fast drive, Nicolò Grisenti obtained the TQ in front of Davide Massari. In the final Grisenti confirmed the domination to walk away with the win from Davide Massari and Yuri Tagliatti.
