Xray Racing Series Greece Rd1 – Report

The opening round of this year’s Xray Racing Series Greece was held at the Fanatix Racing Track. Nice summer temperatures and a friendly atmosphere made for a good day of racing in several on-road classes. In Touring Modified Batas would lead an all-Xray podium with Velaoras and Diamantis completing the top 3 result.

Touring Stock 17.5T saw Kazoglou (Xray) coming out fastest in the A-mains from Kritikos (Xray) and Stantzos (Xray) while the Nitro Stock class was won by Karounis from Diamantis and Pappas (all Xray).

The Pan Car class saw Kazoglou (Xray) walking away with the win from Xray teammate Moros and Yokomo driver Gavriilidis. The Formula class podium was led by Diamantis from Kidis and Kritikos (all Xray) and finally in the Junior class it was Ioannidis who took the winning honours. The next round of the XRS Greece will be held at the Fanatix Racing Track in the 23rd of October.
