Fenix ball diff & other pan car option parts

Fenix Racing have introduced their new formula car ball differential as well as other optional for pan and formula cars. Starting with the ball diff, the assembly uses a 1/4″ Grade 5 titanium axle shaft, triple ball bearings and its design takes axial load away from the bearings for improved durability and higher crash resistance as there is no contact between the ball bearings and the thrust race. The 16-ball diff also features triple disc springs, it utilises a 64 pitch 84T CNC-machined main gear and it weighs in at only 38g.

Also new and suitable for the above ball but also Fenix’s gear diffs is a dual clamping left wheel hub. The part is machined from 7075 aluminium, it utilises a dual clamp design for less slipping and improved trueness and it is available for 1/4″ and 6mm axle shafts. Next up is a machined 48 pitch 84T main gear for the Pro10 gear differential. The larger variant is better suited for low-turn motors. Last but not least comes a titanium rear axle for all F104-style formula cars. Made from high-quality material the axle shaft offers dual grub screw recesses that allow to take full advantage of Exotek’s diff housing while the width of the recesses also makes adjusting the car’s overall width a breeze. The axle shaft is usable with all F104-style cars including those from Saxo, Pre-016 WRC kits and of course Fenix’s own cars.
