French Electric On-road Nationals Rd2 – Report

The second round of the French Electric On-road Nationals was held in Lentilly near Lyon with 76 drivers signing in for the four classes of Touring Modified, Touring 10.5T, Touring 13.5T and Formula. In the premier Touring Modified class it was Alexandre Duchet who took the TQ in front of Loic Jasmin and Remi Callens. After the finals the top spots mixed up a bit with Loic taking the day’s win from Alexandre and Remi.

In the Touring 10.5T class the Delorme brothers would battle for the top spots with Jean ultimately taking the day’s win from Pierre in 2nd and Alexandre Kunkler 3rd.

In the Touring 13.5 class the battle for the top positions was on between Steve Favrelle, Fabien Valantin, Julien Jost and Briac Berthoud, who would finish in this order after the five rounds of qualifying. During the finales and while Steve Favrelle cruised to the overall win, Briac Berthoud found a way past Julien and Fabien to finish on the runner-up spot.

Finally in the Formula class, Jeremy Limoges put his car on pole position in front of Willy Voisangrin and Jean-Michel Varinard. After three final legs, Willy Voisangrin obtained the overall win followed by Jeremy and Jean-Michel.
