X Factory Infinity XB2 & XT2 carbon fibre option parts

Coming from X Factory’s Infinity line of option parts are new carbon fibre accessories for the XB2 and XT2 off-road kits. First up is a front carbon fibre shock tower for the XB2. Cut from 4mm sheet material the part is a direct replacement with unchanged geometry and fitting both the dirt and carpet spec kits. Also new but fitting the carpet edition XB2’s only is a 4mm rear shock tower that replaces the standard 3.5mm part. A dirt spec shock tower will become available soon.

Usable on both the buggies and trucks are carbon fibre Ackermann plates. Made from 2.5mm material the set contains all three types, making steering adjustments a breeze. Also usable on the buggy and truck kits is the carbon fibre battery strap. Short than the stock part, the brace is usable for all XB2 and XT2 kits with laydown transmission and it does away with the need to use foam spacers or extra hardware. Last but not least is the front chassis brace. Made of 3mm carbon fibre, the pair of braces fit over the plastic parts at the front of the chassis, making for increased chassis stiffness on higher-grip surfaces. By joining the plastic parts at the front and side, flex is reduced, resulting in better consistency under braking and entering corners. The set included two braces complete with eight mounting screws.
