Evans & Lewis win at NorCal Summer Series Rd2

Round 2 of the NorCal On-road Summer Series was held at Nor-Cal Hobbies last weekend. EJ Evans took the TQ in the Touring Modified class as Eric Vasutin came out fastest in Nitro Touring Car. In the single 5-minute Touring Mod A-main it was again EJ who lead the field with Lex Tyler finishing only 0.15 seconds behind in 2nd place. Aaron Lewis would round out the top 3 some further 5.7 seconds back.

Over in Nitro Touring it was Aaron Lewis with the win in the 10-minute single A-main, some 1.4 seconds in front of Eric Vasutin and despite an additional pitstop due to using a new engine. Behind the two Elliott Miyashiro would come in 3rd, 1.5 seconds short of Eric’s time.
