The second round of the French 1/8th On-road Nationals was held at the Vichi track in central France. Romain Picard would take the TQ on the very technical track in front of Anthony Abisset and Benjamin Brasset. In the opening stages of the 45-minute final Adrien Bertin took over the lead with Romain Picard in second but the latter was later forced into a DNF later due to mishap at the end of the straight. The second round of the French 1/8th Nitro On-road Nationals was held at the Mulhouse track. The demanding track with high tyre wear made things interesting and to top it off did rain make for another factor during the Elite class qualifying that was ultimately won by Adrien Bertin in front of Antoine Gaschet, Thomas Eytard and Anthony Abisset, while Arnaud Mathieu rounded out the top 5 after the qualifiers. Thankfully the rain stopped on Sunday and it was Arnaud who dominated the semifinals to take the pole position for the main final with Stéphane Bouche and Thomas Eytard lining…

Round 4 of the French 1/8th scale on road Nationals was run last weekend in Limoges, close to the the centre of the country. With the winner of the first 3 rounds, Adrien Bertin busy helping at the Euro ‘B’ Championships in Switzerland, the series would be sure of having a new winner this round. The 2nd round of the French 1/8th scale Nationals was held last weekend in Concarneau in the very north west tip of the country. Great weather on all days of the race greeted the 43 drivers and following qualifying it was round 1 winner Adrien Bertin that took the top qualifier spot in the Elite class ahead of Stéphane Bouche in 2nd and Stéphane Riccobono 3rd, while in the National class it was Gérald Colinet who was quickest ahead of Arnaud Mathieu. The opening round of the French 1/8th scale National series was held last weekend in Toulouse in the south west of France, close to Spain. The race saw 63 drivers entered separated between Elite and National classes and the weather for the event was cold but dry for most of the event.
