GRP heeft hun nieuwe opstelling van luchtfilters voor gebruik op zowel op weg als van wegauto's aangekondigd. Het eerste ding u zult opmerken is dat elke reeks van de luchtfilter in een oranje plastic doos wordt voorzien, van de wegversie die van 5 filters van de schuimlucht en olie wordt voorzien, terwijl de filter met fouten wordt voorzien van 12 filters en 2 flessen speciale olie. Gemaakt van het materiaal van uitstekende kwaliteit, zijn deze delen goedkoop aangezien zij moeten vaak worden vervangen.

Voor schaal 2008 GRP 1/8th op weg zijn de banden volledig vernieuwd na op gaande onderzoek en tests die in samenwerking met teambestuurders en belangrijke modelfabrikanten van deze categorie wordt gemaakt. De verbeteringen zijn gemaakt aan alle elementen van de gebeëindigde band zoals schuimsamenstelling, rand, het lijmen en meer, met de grootste enige verandering die uit het nieuwe automatische het lijmen van het bedrijf systeem komt dat al elastische spanning binnen de structuur van de band elimineert, die veel greep en lange duurzaamheid waarborgt. Ook verbeterd wordt het schuim, dat met een speciaal proces wordt gemaakt en dan behandeld om greep en het leven te verbeteren, en alle hardheidskusten worden gecontroleerd automatisch om consistentie te verzekeren. Tot slot zijn de nieuwe wielen gemaakt met een speciaal plastic materiaal, en samen met een versterkte nog flexibele structuur, verzekeren zij geen vermindering van prestaties in alle temperaturen.

De heldere oranje tribune GRP was moeilijk te missen en daarin werden wij getoond de nieuwe lijn van motoren GRP, uitlaten en toebehoren evenals het Italiaanse fabrikanten belangrijkste verblijf van aan en uit wegbanden. What can you say new about the GRP engines that is not already known, similar to the previous Ninja, Falcon and Boss branded motors, the new motors are very different internally with different materials and configuration. As with the previous branded motors all GRP motors are sold in a very nice presentation box and both the sport and tined line are available in a promo pack that comes with a hat, pipe, keyring and the exhaust system.

Adam Drake to run GRP Engines Categories - Team Losi, GRP, Gas, Off Road, Racing, Drivers - comments closed
Losi have announced that 2007 ROAR National Champion Adam Drake will campaign Mario Rossi Tuned engines from GRP through to 2010. Drake joins Losi factory drivers Mike Truhe and Yannick Aigoin who have previously announced their commitment to running GRP Engines. With the addition of Drake to the GRP lineup, the potential of a Losi/GRP 1-2-3 finish at the IFMAR 1/8th World’s is now stronger than ever. Drake commented on the announcement:
First of all, I want to thank Trinity for their support over the past 9 years, they have been a very important part of my racing success. I’m really excited for this new opportunity to race GRP engines and joining Yannick and Mike to focus the efforts of the Losi/GRP combination toward the 2008 Worlds.
Adam added that his engines will be powered by Losi Nitrotane Performance Engineered Fuel in 2008. Nitrotane fueled numerous wins by Losi drivers in 2007, and Drake is looking forward to racing with the powerful combination of GRP Engines and Nitrotane Fuel starting at the Dirt Nitro Challenge later this month.

GRP have released a new engine tooling line to ease all those routine operations that are essential for proper maintenance of any engine. All tools in the kit, which include a flywheel puller, bearing remover and a tool for removing the liner are made from steel and then treated and trued to guarantee maximum precision and durability. The use of these tools mean that all operations can be carried out with maximum simplicity and precision.

GRP Engines FLS Exhaust Line Categories - GRP, Exhausts, Engines, Off Road, On Road, Products - comments closed
With GRP entering the engine market with their own brand of motor, the company that has the patent on the race proven ‘Fast Link System‘ have announced the upcoming release of its new line of exhaust systems and manifolds. The new exhausts meet the most recent EFRA regulations and have been made from a new special raw material that increases the resistance to crushing in the event of an impact, is 5% lighter than the previous material and by helping to boost the pipes resonance, it also increases engine performance. The stinger has also received attention and has been machined using a special 3D CNC machining technique, which guarantees an increase in resistance to any deformation. Available currently for .21 circuit, .21 buggy and .28 truggy motors, there is also 3 lengths of circuit manifolds to choose from.

GRP to stop production of Ninja brand Categories - Industry, Ninja, GRP, Engines, Products - comments closed
GRP have been in touch to tell us that starting from the 1st of February 2008, it will cease production of the Ninja brand of engines in order to focus 100% on the production of its own GRP brand name motors, which will be officially presented at next months Nuremberg Toy Fair. This announcement does not affect production of the Boss and Falcon engine lines which will continue to be produced. Given the big quantity of Ninja engines sold on the market, GRP commits itself in making available to Mugen all Ninja spare parts for the next 2 years.
