Kawada M11X 2300mAh LiPo pack
Kawada have released this new 7.4V LiPo pack for the Sanwa/Airtronics M11X transmitter. This 2300mAh pack gives you more time at the controls between chargers, 1.5 times that of the standard battery. The pack has integrated discharge and overcharge protection and comes pre wired with standard connector and JST-XH balancer plug. Weighing in at only 95 grams it will mean less effort to hold your radio too so you can get on with focusing on driving.

Kawada M300 rear motor pod brace
New from Kawada for their M300RSX V2 & M300FX, is this rear motor pod brace. Made from aluminium, the new brace connects using 4 points, as opposed to the 2 points on the previous version. This creates a much stiffer assembly and provides better alignment of the rear bearing blocks as well as improved cornering stability.

Kawada aftermarket 2.4GHz antenna
New from Japanese company Kawada is this optional 2.4GHz antenna for both the Futaba 4PK and the Sanwa M11X. The first of a kind, this aftermarket antenna features a new profile and is 3.5cm shorter than the standard version but doesn’t loose any power or efficiency. Purely for looks, as the standard versions aren’t so long and function the same, the antennas are easily swapped.

Kawada LX Lipo packs & Balance Charger

New from Japanese firm Kawada are these new LiPo packs as well as a new LiPo balance charger. Similar to those recently shown to us by Speed Passion, these new LiPo packs comes in both a hard cased carbon look racing pack and a stick pack configuration complete with rounded corners as well as power cable and balancer connection. Both packs are 4000MAh, with the racing pack contain 30C cells and the stick pack only 20C. Also newly released by Kawada is a simple LiPo balance charger that lets you charge at 2.0A, 1.5A, 1.0A and 0.5A and can work with up to 4 cell 14.8 volt packs.

Kawada Stepped Body Reamer

Japanese company Kawada becomes the latest company to release its own body reamer, with this rather nice example. Featuring a black anodised finish, the lightweight handle and included aluminium tip protector are stylish yet functional, with the unique element of this tool being the cutting tip. The reamer tip is slightly stepped so that you can easily and accurately open a hole to a desired size, while for ease of use either side of the reamer tip sports measurements in mm and inches.

Kawada M300RSX 1/12th scale V2

Kawada have announced the follow up to their successful M300RSX 1/12th scale chassis, with the release of the Version 2. With most updates centred around the rear of the car, the new features include an updated 1/4″ rear ball diff, a new motor mount suitable for brushless motors and a new motor mount support that adds stiffness following the removal of the top carbon plate seen on the previous version. Finally, for improving the handling, there is a newly designed rear upper brace as well a high traction carbon fibre chassis plate.

Kawada Ride height gauge

Japanese company Kawada have released this double function touring car and 1/12th scale ride height gauge. Made from black anodised aluminium, one side of the tool features measuring steps in 0.5mm increments from 1.0 – 10mm, while the other side features a continuous sloping face that can measure within the same range, but in more accurate 0.1mm increments. Featuring the Kawada logo on the side, it and the measurements have been lasered onto the tools surface which will be available for sale in mid April.

Kawada M300 wheel axle spacers

Kawada have released some spacers for the rear axle of their M300, and other 1/12th scales with 1/4″ (6.35mm) axles. Made from aluminium they are sold in a set of 12 with 4 of each size, 0.5mm, 1.0mm and 2.0mm widths, and help adjust the rear track width of the car as shown in the picture above.
