De bewegingen van Pavidis van het teken aan Kyosho Amerika Categories - Industry, Kyosho, Drivers - comments closed
Kyosho Amerika heeft aangekondigd dat vanaf van de Maandag 19 het Teken van November Pavidis bij hen zich als productontwerper bij hun Bos van het Meer, de faciliteit van Californië zal aansluiten. Pavidis is een twee-tijd Kampioen van de Wereld en de regerende Kampioen van de Wereld IFMAR in Off-Road 1/8, en heeft 18 jaar van R&D, productontwikkeling, en ontwerpervaring die hij aan Kyosho brengt. Tijdens zijn ambtstermijn als bestuurder van de Fabriek Kyosho, is Pavidis reeds instrumentaal in het ontwerp en het testen van bepaalde voertuigen Kyosho geweest. Het hebben van Teken op personeel zal ons een verschillend voordeel geven omdat hij op het hoogste niveau van de concurrentie in de wereld voor decennia heeft gerend. Niet alleen zal hij nieuwe producten kunnen ontwerpen, zal zijn aanzienlijke het rennen vaardigheid hem toestaan om hen aan de hoogste grenzen te testen. Gecombineerd met de aanzienlijke talenten van Gil Losi, Jr., zijn wij zeer opgewekt over de mogelijkheden van toekomstige producten die zullen voortvloeien uit ons pas gevormd team.

De bumper van de last RC Kyosho Spada Categories - Charge RC, Kyosho, Accessories, On Road, Products - comments closed
De last RC in Japan heeft de aanstaande versie van deze extra brede bumper voor de 1/12ste schaal met gas van Kyosho Spada aangekondigd. Gemaakt van 3mm breidt het dikke schokbestendige materiaal zich, de bumper tot de volledige breedte van lichaamsshell die het vooreind van de auto in het geval van een ongeval helpt uit te beschermen. Beschikbaar vanaf 10 November.

Over een week na Rode RC gebracht u exclusieve lowdown en de schoten van het al nieuwe Kyosho Evolva M3 bij de Kampioenschappen van de Wereld in Argentinië, Kyosho hebben nu de eerste officiële beelden en de informatie over hun website vrijgegeven. Zoals wij reeds in ons vorig rapport verklaarden, is de auto volledig nieuw met slechts een paar kleine delen die overdwars van de oude auto aan nieuw worden overgebracht, terwijl de belangrijkste verandering heeft moeten versterken en de auto'sbouw optimaliseren.

2nd Annual Wolcott Burndown Enduro Categories - Kyosho, Events, Gas, Off Road, Racing - comments closed
Kyosho were in touch to let us know that their team driver Kelby Roberts, along with teammates Chris Systma, Mark Christman, and Max Flurer, have won the 2nd Annual Burndown Enduro at Wolcott Hobbies in Wolcott, CT. Driving an Inferno 777 WC Edition buggy and the new Inferno ST-RR truck, the team took top honors in both the buggy and truck classes without a single mechanical issue during the combined five hours of driving.

King & Lutz win at RC Pro Series West Categories - Kyosho, Events, Gas, Off Road, Racing - comments closed 
Kyosho have been in touch to let us know that their team drivers Cody King and Ryan Lutz won the 1/8 Truggy and 1/8 buggy classes respectively, at the RC Nitro Pit in Phoenix, Arizona over the weekend. Cody King, driving a Sirio-powered Kyosho ST-RR, TQ’ed the truggy class and then drove to a convincing win during the final. Lutz, also running a Sirio-powered ST-RR, was leading the Truggy final when he ran out of fuel, dropping back more than two laps, but he still managed to make it back to third to capture the final podium position. The 1/8 buggy class was a 1-2-3 sweep for the Kyosho Inferno 777 WC and Sirio. Ryan Lutz took top honors with Cody kind taking second and Trevor Clement in third.

The new Kyosho Evolva M3 Categories - Kyosho, Gas On Road, Cars, Products - comments closed
Red RC got the exclusive lowdown on the new Kyosho Evolva M3 when we talked to the cars designer Takashi Miyashita. Essentially a completely new platform in 1/8th scale from Kyosho, the new M3 has been designed to fix all the issues that the team had with the previous Evolva through strengthening and optimising the cars construction. When asked to explain what was new on the car, Takashi replied “only a few of the parts are existing parts”, with the main new part being the chassis which has been designed to accept a smaller receiver pack, making for a narrower chassis plate.
