Spanish company, Merlin Fuel, have announced that top Austrian racer Daniel Tomaschko has joined their team. Merlin Fuel have announced that German racer, and Serpent chief designer, Michael Salven will contest this season using their products. Michael has been 4 time European Champion, 2 time World Champion and has won lots of National titles in both 1:10th and 1:8th scale, which makes him one of the most experienced drivers around. Michael a été 4 fois champion d'Europe, 2 fois champion du monde et a remporté beaucoup de titres nationaux dans les deux e et 1:10 e échelle 1:8, ce qui fait de lui un des pilotes les plus expérimentés autour. Together with the Merlin R+D Department, he will be giving his input to help improve the Spanish company’s range of products. Merlin Racing fuels in Spain have announced that current Belgian 1/8th scale National Champion Robin D’Hondt has signed to use their products for the 2008 season. After an intensive test on the Roselare circuit, he was happy with the performance of the fuel and has decided to defend his National title using Merlin Fuel products.
