Protoform heeft hun recentste lijn van sedan organismen bij deze weken RCX toont onthuld. Nagelnieuw r9-F (hierboven) is een Globaal klaar het raslichaam dat van de Specificatie van het Lichaam specifiek voor tapijt/schuim en kenmerkt een laag zwaartepunt zelfs bij de wettelijke 115mm hoogte rent. For those club racers that like to run their bodies low, it’s designed to be quite “slam-able” without clearance issues. Ook nieuw van het bedrijf van de V.S. is een Korvet c6-r, dat voor nagelnieuwe op-weg 200mm de panklasse van de autocategorie wordt ontworpen. Deze klasse zal de stijl van GT (voormotor 2 deur) coupes zoals de Adder en Aston Martin enz. kenmerken. en de eerste versie van PF is het alle-verovert lichaam van het Korvet c6-r. Getrokken in lexan .030 komt het met een agressieve lipped' vleugel `Gurney, een decal blad en een vleugelhardware.

Het lichaam Harddrive van Losi 8ight-t van Protoform Categories - Protoform, Bodies, Team Losi, Off Road, Products - comments closed
Protoform heeft het nagelnieuwe lichaam Harddrive voor Losi 8ightT bevrijd, die recentst in de rijen opneemt van het ventilatieontwerp dat racers rond de wereld van PF zijn komen verwachten. Nagestreefd na volledige off-road voertuigen, kan elke opening worden verwijderd toestaand voor lucht om meer moeiteloos door het lichaam te vloeien. Dit leidt tot minder airtime wanneer het vliegen over sprongen en minder airtime evenaart ter plaatse meer tijd die verminderde overlappingstijden en grotere consistentieoverlapping na overlapping evenaart.

Protoform, die de laatste 10 jaar doorgebracht heeft die zich op rasorganismen concentreren voor sedan, op-weg en ovale klassen, heeft nieuwe lichaamsshell voor Losi 8ight aan hun ooit-zichuitbreidt off-road bodyline toegevoegd die als HardDrive wordt bekend. De eigenschappen verenigbaar met al HardDrives omvatten ventilatieluifels die door elk lichaam worden gevonden, die na volledige off-road voertuigen worden nagestreefd en elk kan worden verwijderd om lucht toe te staan om meer moeiteloos door het lichaam te vloeien. Dit leidt tot minder airtime wanneer het vliegen over sprongen en minder airtime evenaart meer tijd ter plaatse, en meer tijd evenaart ter plaatse verminderde overlappingstijden en grotere consistentieoverlapping na overlapping.

Protoform have finally released photos of their new high downforce 200mm DNAł body shell, a body style previously only available for 190mm electric cars. In spite of numerous modifications to optimize the body for nitro sedan racing, the signature DNA style remains, from its bold front splitter to its large real wing there’s no doubt that this is a serious racing body design. Made to fit all 200mm nitro sedan chassis, the body and its supplied wing meet all ROAR and IFMAR rule requirements. Supplied with a protective film, wing mounting hardware, decals and window masks, the DNAł is formed in genuine Lexan to provide durability for this ultra-fast racing class.

Protoform Frizbee 1/8th scale body released Categories - Protoform, Bodies, On Road, Products - comments closed
As expected Protoform have released their latest 1/8th CanAm body style, called the Frizbee, and it is designed for large tracks with long straights and sweeping corners. The Frizbee incorporates some unique air management features to improve handling and stability. A molded in fairing is located behind the cylinder head and INS box to minimize turbulence and aid airflow to the rear spoiler. In the front there are a pair of air-extractor vents that increase front downforce when properly cut and folded downward. The Frizbee fits all the popular 1/8th chassis and sits nice and low. Rear bite can be adjusted with the add-on rear wicker/gurney tab. Available in .030 Lexan (lightweight) or .040 Lexan (regular weight) this body has protective outer film and body side-stiffeners with hardware.

Protoform Frizbee body - Update Categories - Protoform, Bodies, On Road, Products - comments closed
Following on from the news that Protoform will release a new 1/8th scale body, the Frizbee, comes more pictures from ElliotCanada on RC Tech. The picture we had before of the clear unpainted body didnt allow us to see the unique details around the back of the engine before, and if you look at the pictures you will see that there is trailing aerodymanic aids just behind both the motor head and air filter. I presume this is to reduce airflow distortion caused by the engine and INS box before it reaches the rear wing, but whether this really makes a difference is to be seen on the track, although early reports suggest that this body performs well so they must be doing something.

Protoform Frizbee 1/8th scale body Categories - Protoform, Bodies, On Road, Products - comments closed
Beating the expected official announcement from Protoform by 10 days or so, RC Tech user, ElliotCanada has a photo of their new 1/8th scale Can Am body, called the Frizbee (not sure if thats the final name or not?). Taken at the recent Canadian Nationals in Hamilton Ontario, the new body is the American companies 2nd new release for this category in 3 months, with the release of the Shadow back in mid May. The body itself sports a number of unique elements such as the lowered center of the rear wing and the use of dimples on the front corners, something similar to what first appeared on the Central body at the end of last year. We will bring you the official word when it is hopefully released later this month.

Protoform Shadow 1/8th scale body Categories - Protoform, Bodies, On Road, Products - comments closed
Protoform have just released images of their newly announced 1/8th scale circuit body shell which is apparentley based on the legendary UOP Shadow, one of the greatest CanAm cars of all time. The Shadow features a low profile body to lower the center of gravity and has been developed with the input of 7 time IFMAR World Champion 1:8 racer Lamberto Collari. This body is made to fit the latest chassis from Kyosho, Mugen, and Serpent and is once again it is available in lightweight as well as a regular weight versions. As usual it comes with an add-on spoiler/gurney extension, body stiffeners w/hardware, and protective film.
