Kazuya Tanaka wins Japan Off-Road Car Cup Categories - Events, Gas, National, Off Road, RB Products, Racing - comments closed
RB Products are reporting on the recent Japan Off-Road Car Cup that was held on the demanding and dusty Saitama circuit. Top drivers were present including Yuichi Kanai, Kenji Osaka as well as last years Japanese Nationals top qualifier Kazuya Tanaka. After qualifying it was current Japanese National champion Kenji Osaka who took the TQ ahead of Tanaka but in the race Tanaka was able to run away with the race amazingly only having to stop twice for fuel in the 30 minute race.

We wrote yesterday about the C6 circuit engine combo pack, well today RB Products have released this new ceramic main bearing (14.2 x 25.3mm) for the C6 range that includes both the circuit and buggy version of that engine as well as the Speedline Xenon motor. Benefits of this bearing include quicker acceleration and longer life thanks to a lighter weight and higher strengh of the ceramic balls and of course increased durability.

RB Products release the C6 combo pack Categories - Engines, Exhausts, Products, RB Products - comments closed
RB Products have announced the release of this C6 combo pack for 1/8th circuit racers who want to compete at the highest level. Each combo pack comes with the Rody Roem tuned .21 circuit engine, the C6, as well as the 01006-RC exhaust pipe and conical manifold which is the most suitable exhaust combination to get the best from the engine. This set comes packaged in a presentation box and is available now.

Just before christmas RB ran a competition on their site to guess the identity of their new World Champion driver. Well in what has turned out to be a great anti-climax for us news hounds it appears that that drivers identity is 10 time World Champion mountain biker Nicolas Vouilloz. I wont even pretend to have heard of him before but apart from his skills on a mountain bike it turns out that he is pretty nifty in a rally car too.

A while ago we mentioned that TWF8 was auctioning the actual engine that Yannick Aigoin nearly won the World Championships with. Well that auction has now started and at the time of writing the highest bid was at $200. Whats great about this is that everyone is a winner, the winning bidder recieves this amazing RB C6 with exhaust system, kindly donated by Rody Roem of RB Products, and all the money goes to UNICEF. Yannick Aigoins RB C6 BB Worlds engine Categories - Engines, Products, RB Products - comments closed
TWF8.ws have gotten their hands on the RB C6 BB engine that Yannick Aigoin almost won this years World Championship in Indonesia with. The fuel line rubbing on the flywheel was the cause of his demise at the race but thats not important here, what is important is that there are plenty of pictures from all the internal parts of this engine as well as an interview with Yannick himself about the engine and its preperation. And best of all, there is an auction running on the site between the 10th and 25th of December so you can actually own this motor.
