Losi sta acquistando ovviamente allo stesso posto di Pubblichi RC con il rilascio del loro sintonizzatore di temperatura, un attrezzo che incorpora sia un calibro di temperatura che un cacciavite di sintonia in uno. Caratterizzando un calibro infrarosso e senza contatto avanzato di temperatura include un anello speciale del silicone per accertargli la posizione il calibro alla stessa posizione ogni volta controllate il livello di temperatura del motore del vostro automobile. Il calibro di temperatura misurerà le temperature di -27°F a 428°F e può essere regolato alla misura o in Fahrenheit o centigrado. Fili l'attrezzo intorno ed avete un cacciavite di sintonia corridore-progettato alta qualità, abbastanza a lungo da entrare nelle più piccole zone. La punta al suolo di precisione è larga, con il cono corretto per procedere alle registrazioni più fini dell'ago con fiducia.

Protoform ha liberato il corpo nuovissimo di Harddrive per il Losi 8ightT, che incorpora il più ritardato nelle code di disegno di ventilazione che i corridori intorno al mondo sono venuto attendersi da pf. Emulato dopo i veicoli in grande scala della fuori-strada, ogni sfiato può essere tenere conto tagliato affinchè l'aria passi effortlessly per il corpo. Ciò genera meno airtime quando vola sopra i salti e meno uguali del airtime più tempo sulla terra che è uguale i tempi ridotti del giro ed il giro più grande di consistenza dopo il giro.

Losi have introduced this heavy duty differential case that is suitable for the Losi 8ight, 8ight-T and LST2. Through the use of new heat resitant metal inserts, the differential can now withstand serious punishment and because the differential pins are now press fit they keep from beating against, and ultimately damaging, the differential casing.

Jon Hazlewood joins Team Losi Categories - Team Losi, Gas, Off Road, Racing, Drivers - comments closed 
Horizon Hobby in the UK are delighted to announced that top off road racer Jon Hazlewood has joined their team to race Losi and Spektrum for 2008. He will be using the new Spektrum DX3R, Losi 8ight and 8ight-T at all events of his choice along with this years Euros and the all important World Championships. Jon brings with him his long standing pit man Jon Dell, years of experience and an amazing dedication to his racing and leaves behind a team who have supported him over the past few years and Jon had this to say.
I am leaving a very hard working team who have given me great support, but I feel it is now time for a change and some new challenges. Losi have proven over the years that no matter what class of racing they participate in they dedicate their resources until they succeed and I want to be a part of their plans. During 2007 I watched how fast the car was and the excellent level of trackside support that Horizon UK were providing. I am delighted that I am now part of the team and incredibly excited at the prospect of driving the cars this year.

Adam Drake to run GRP Engines Categories - Team Losi, GRP, Gas, Off Road, Racing, Drivers - comments closed
Losi have announced that 2007 ROAR National Champion Adam Drake will campaign Mario Rossi Tuned engines from GRP through to 2010. Drake joins Losi factory drivers Mike Truhe and Yannick Aigoin who have previously announced their commitment to running GRP Engines. With the addition of Drake to the GRP lineup, the potential of a Losi/GRP 1-2-3 finish at the IFMAR 1/8th World’s is now stronger than ever. Drake commented on the announcement:
First of all, I want to thank Trinity for their support over the past 9 years, they have been a very important part of my racing success. I’m really excited for this new opportunity to race GRP engines and joining Yannick and Mike to focus the efforts of the Losi/GRP combination toward the 2008 Worlds.
Adam added that his engines will be powered by Losi Nitrotane Performance Engineered Fuel in 2008. Nitrotane fueled numerous wins by Losi drivers in 2007, and Drake is looking forward to racing with the powerful combination of GRP Engines and Nitrotane Fuel starting at the Dirt Nitro Challenge later this month.

Something we missed when we wrote about the new tuned flex chassis from Losi for the 8ight buggy, was the release of the ROAR TQ upgrade for the Losi XXX-NT Adam Drake 2 truck. It offers the winning parts that led the Losi Racing Team to multiple Top Qualifying honors at the last several ROAR Gas Truck Nationals. The upgrade kit recently propelled the XXX-NT AD2 to TQ in all four rounds of qualifying, record the fastest lap, and take the top four spots at the 2008 CRCRC Midwest Nitro Championship. Included in the set is a .125-inch thick, lengthened, black-anodized aluminium chassis and chassis brace, wider front and rear axles with spacers to increase the truck’s overall stability and smoothen steering response and finally, new rear crossbones, couplers and hardware.
