Xray are reporting on their site from the first round of the Xray Challenge which was held on last weekend at Banwol Race Park near Seoul, Korea. Xray sont l'établissement de rapports sur leur site à partir du premier tour de l'Xray Challenge qui a eu lieu le week-end dernier à Banwol Race Park, près de Séoul, en Corée. In the qualifying for the Pro buggy class it was SunYung Hwang that took the top qualifying spot from DongWoo Nam in 2nd and SungGi Jo in 3rd and after the semi finals the lineup remained the same for the main event. Dans les qualifications pour la classe Pro buggy c'était SunYung Hwang qui a pris la place du top qualification DongWoo Nam SungGi en 2e et en 3e et Jo après la demi-finale de la gamme est demeuré le même pour l'événement principal. In the final it was DongWoo Nam, in only his 2nd race for Xray, that could take the win from pole man Hwang who finished 2nd while HyungKyu Yu took the final step on the podium in 3rd. En définitive il a été DongWoo Nam, en seulement son 2e manche pour Xray, qui pourrait prendre la pole gagner de l'homme Hwang, qui a terminé 2e tandis que HyungKyu Yu a pris la dernière marche du podium en 3e.

Xray have a report from the Norwegian Indoor National Championships that were run last weekend for 1/10th Mod & 19T Touring and 1/12th scale at a venue in Stevneplassen, Skien. Xray ont un rapport de la National Indoor Championships norvégien qui ont été effectuées le week-end dernier pour 1/10ème Mod & 19T Touring échelle 1/12e et en un lieu à Stevneplassen, Skien. Modified qualifying saw Xray driver Helge Johannessen that claimed the top spot with 3 straight wins in the heats to line up in the A-main in front of Adrian Berntsen and Rune Karlsen. Mis à jour le pilote de qualification voyait Xray Helge Johannessen qui a coûté la première place avec 3 victoires dans les manches à s'aligner dans la A-main devant Adrian Berntsen et Rune Karlsen. Helge got a clean start in all three finals with Adrian behind but his Xray team mate hit a curb in all three finals giving him the gap needed to take the Championship ahead of Adrian with Kyosho racer Rune Karlsen in 3rd. Helge got a clean commencer dans les trois finales avec Adrian, mais derrière son coéquipier Xray touché un trottoir dans les trois finales de lui donner l'écart doit prendre le Championnat d'avance sur Adrian Kyosho racer avec Rune Karlsen en 3e. Mirage Racing in the UK have announced that top 200mm racer, and European finalist, Darren Johnson has joined Xray to race the NT1. Mirage Racing dans le Royaume-Uni ont annoncé que le coureur haut 200mm, et finaliste européen, Darren Johnson a rejoint la course à Xray NT1. Darren brings to the team countless National victories and immense knowledge & experience which will help the rest of the team, which consists of Ben Cosgrove, Mark Gilliland and Robin Hammett. Darren apporte à l'équipe nationale de victoires innombrables et immenses connaissances et une expérience qui aidera le reste de l'équipe, qui se compose de Ben Cosgrove, Mark Gilliland et Robin Hammett. A bit of non news from Xray, who have officially confirmed what they told us in Nuremberg last month, that the XT8 truggy will remain unchanged for this season. Un peu de nouvelles de la non Xray, qui ont officiellement confirmé ce qu'ils nous ont dit à Nuremberg, le mois dernier, que le XT8 truggy restera inchangé pour cette saison.
The XT8 has been extremely successful since its release, and the long development time has paid off as the car has been proven to be ‘bulletproof’ and its performance has been at the very highest level. Le XT8 a très bien réussi depuis sa sortie, et le long temps de développement a porté ses fruits comme la voiture a été révélée 'balles' et ses performances ont été au plus haut niveau. We have followed all reports, feedback and exeriences very closely, not only from team drivers but also from our customers around the world… and as such I am happy to confirm that there are no immediate plans to alter the XT8 and it will remain with the same specifications for the 2008 season. Nous avons suivi de l'ensemble des rapports, des commentaires et exeriences de très près, non seulement les conducteurs de l'équipe, mais aussi de nos clients à travers le monde… et à ce titre je suis heureux de confirmer qu'il n'ya pas de plans immédiats pour modifier le XT8 et elle le restera avec le Mêmes spécifications pour la saison 2008. Xray have a brief report on their site from the first North Interregional Championship race that was held in Montecchio last weekend. Xray avoir un bref rapport sur leur site de la première course du Championnat nord interrégional qui s'est tenu le week-end dernier à Montecchio. Perfect spring weather conditions greeted the over 50 drivers in the 1:10 class and after 3 rounds of qualifying it was Paolo Gaggiola that took TQ with his Max-powered NT1. Perfect conditions météorologiques du printemps a salué les conducteurs de plus de 50 ans dans la classe 1:10 et après 3 rondes de qualifications c'était Paolo Gaggiola TQ qui a eu avec son maxi-powered NT1. Following the semi finals, in wich Luca Colombo and Guido Barbera won to take their place in the main final, the NT1 racers proceeded to dominate the race with Gaggiola taking the win from Colombo and Barbera in 2nd and 3rd. Suite à la demi-finale, dans laquelle Luca Colombo et Guido Barbera a remporté à prendre leur place dans la finale principale, le NT1 coureurs procédé à dominer la course avec Gaggiola prends la victoire à Colombo et Barbera en 2e et 3e.

Xray have a report on their site from the 1st round of the iRacingWerkz Nitro Challenge held recently at Singapore’s Turf City track. Xray ont un rapport sur leur site à partir du 1er tour de la iRacingWerkz Nitro Challenge qui s'est tenue récemment à Singapour's Turf Ville piste. The race was open to both buggy and truggy and in the buggy class it was HongNor racer Wenyi that took TQ with the Xray pairing of Sam Cheng and Glenn Phuah in 2nd and 3rd, while in the truggy class it was Glenn Phuah that made TQ with the only 13 lap qualifier of the whole event. La course était ouverte à la fois buggy et truggy et dans la classe il était bogué HongNor racer Wenyi, qui a eu avec le TQ Xray appariements de Sam Cheng et Glenn Phuah en 2e et 3e, alors que dans la classe truggy c'est Glenn qui a fait Phuah avec TQ Le tour qualificatif seulement 13 de l'ensemble de l'événement. In the truggy main final, Glenn managed to pull out a comfortable lead until he clipped a metal spike that damaged the front arm, ending the race for him and handing the win to Kyosho driver Ben Seet. Team Xray Australia have announced that young Australian racer Ryan Maker has signed to race the Xray range of touring cars for 2008. Team Xray l'Australie ont annoncé que le jeune coureur australien Ryan Maker a signé à la course Xray gamme de voitures de tourisme pour 2008. The 16th installment in the Xray column from Xray owner and chief designer Juraj Hudy is now online. In this months column, Juraj talks about the development of the company’s new XB808 1/8th scale buggy, which was shown for the first time at the toy fair in Germany a few weeks ago. To improve steering and handling in bumpy conditions, I decided to use the suspension concept that has been used for ages in 1/10 electric off-road cars… the “zero kingpin” design. Pour améliorer pilotage et de manutention dans des conditions cahoteuses, j'ai décidé d'utiliser le concept de suspension qui a été utilisé pour les âges en 1 / 10 électrique hors route voitures… le «zéro pivot" design. This design seems to work in the 1/8 buggy scale as well and the first prototypes were created for testing. Cette conception semble fonctionner dans le 1 / 8 buggy échelle et ainsi les premiers prototypes ont été créés pour les essais. Zero kingpin suspension gives more precise steering and handling in the corners as the steering keeps the same angle no matter if the suspension is up or down, and as such when running through bumps in corner the steering will not change as much as on regular C-hub suspension used previously and the handling of the car will improve significantly. Zero pivot de suspension donne plus de précision de pilotage et de manutention dans les coins que la direction conserve le même angle, peu importe si la suspension est haut ou vers le bas, et en tant que tel lors de l'exécution par le biais de bosses dans le coin de direction ne changera pas tant sur les lignes régulières C - Hub suspension utilisés précédemment et à la manipulation de la voiture permettra d'améliorer de façon significative.
