De Markt van het stuk speelgoed - Maximum Macht Categories - Max Power, Exhibitions, Products - comments closed 
Meer motoren, dit keer van Maximum Macht die een helemaal nieuwe motor met fouten, MX21CSQ hebben vrijgegeven. Het voorkomen werkte internals, een nieuw koelhoofd bij en een vierkante slag, de motor heeft meer hoogste eind dan de vorige Maximum motor met fouten van de Macht. Maximum hebben ook een helemaal nieuwe .12 kringsmotor op vertoning (hoewel niet met het definitieve carter), XL3 ceramische lagers en volledige nieuwe interne porting in het carter heeft. Om TQ van Massimo Fantini's bij de Kampioenschappen van de Wereld te vieren vorig jaar, zijn er een MX21XL9 TQ, die een 9 havenmotor met ceramische lagers en partijen van het interne werk is. Ook op vertoning was een nieuwe waaier van begroting .12 motoren met een aardig nieuw koelhoofd en ook zijn er sommige nieuwe pijpen want beide .21 en met fouten omcirkelen.

JQ de producten is aanwezig bij de tribune Himoto en Joseph Quagraine is op hand om iedereen over zijn nieuw project te vertellen en de nieuwe reeds ontwikkelde producten. Het belangrijkste huidige product is de nieuwe aanzetdoos die een een overeenkomstvorm en ontwerp heeft, maar het unieke deel is de groepering van de auto op de hoogste plaat. Gebruikend 2 regelbare platen die uit het gebied van het aanzetwiel van de doos komen, kunnen deze worden aangepast om de buitenrand van het vliegwielgat op de chassisplaat vast te klemmen. Dit richt het, terwijl het gebruik van schuim/de rubberstootkussens op de plaat het van zich rond het bewegen tegenhouden. Ik heb het geprobeerd en het schijnt werkelijk te werken, gemakkelijk vindend de juiste groepering.

Novarossi heeft een opstelling van .28 truggy motoren in 3 verschillende configuraties in 3, 5 en 7 havens geïntroduceerd. Deze motoren zijn geplaatst onder plus lijn en geweest onmiddellijk beschikbaar. De meeste hoogste eindmotoren hebben een verbetering voor het seizoen van 2008 met nieuwe carburatoren voor kring 21 motoren ontvangen terwijl andere kleine tweaks die door het team tijdens vorig jaar wordt gevonden aan de waaier zijn toegevoegd. 353 Race 12 is motor ook lichtjes bevorderd, maakt het ontvangen van een nieuw vormcarter om het toe te staan om beter in allen te passen van auto.

The bright orange GRP stand was hard to miss and in it we were shown the new line of GRP engines, exhausts and accessories as well as the Italian manufacturers main stay of on and off road tires. What can you say new about the GRP engines that is not already known, similar to the previous Ninja, Falcon and Boss branded motors, the new motors are very different internally with different materials and configuration. As with the previous branded motors all GRP motors are sold in a very nice presentation box and both the sport and tined line are available in a promo pack that comes with a hat, pipe, keyring and the exhaust system.

On the Associated stand this year is the new 1/12th scale, the RC12R which was first spotted at the races a few weeks ago. It will be sold only as a link car and for the traditionalists who want a T-bar setup, this option will also be available. Hot from the manufacturers and only just seen by the boys at Associated themselves is the new hard cased LiPo packs that we mentioned previously. A solid structure, they are lightweight, have good capacity and the pack sports the Reedy logo on the top and bottom, with the bottom featuring additional indents to place it into the battery slots.

On the Hudy stand there were a number of new items on display including a new tool bag, which will be available seperately or containing a tool set, new car stands for on road and off road, the latter sporting shock holes for normal and big bore shocks. Hudy also have their own branded personal racing display that contains time, temperature and humidity and finally there are big droop blocks and gauge for off road cars.

Always with an impressively presented stand, Slovakian manufacturer Xray had their new 1/8th scale buggy on display. The 808 is a completely new platform, hence the completely new name and Xray have gone with a simpler car that is easier to use straight out of the box. The car has a better base setup, new geometry and its over 100grams lighter than the previous version thanks to the use of carbon fibre in place of steel. The big new change on the car is its use of a new steering system that goes away from the C-Hub system in favour of a zero king pin version.

Toy Fair - Mugen Seiki Categories - Mugen, Exhibitions, Ninja, Products - comments closed 
Mugen Seiki were showing off their new Ninja range of O.S. made motors on their stand this year. Branding of the engines stays the same as when they were GRP made and the engines retain the same grey finish but of course the motors themselves are completely different. Currently they only have the JX21 B01 buggy engine as the other motors are not ready yet. Also for the engine was one of the new range of Ninja JX series exhaust systems and manifolds.
