To improve steering and handling in bumpy conditions, I decided to use the suspension concept that has been used for ages in 1/10 electric off-road cars… the “zero kingpin” design. Para melhorar a orientação e manipulação em condições irregulares, estou decidido a utilizar o conceito que a suspensão tenha sido utilizado para idades de 1 / 10 elétrico veículos fora-de-estrada… o "zero kingpin" design. This design seems to work in the 1/8 buggy scale as well and the first prototypes were created for testing. Esta concepção parece estar a trabalhar em 1 / 8 buggy escala tão bem e foram criados os primeiros protótipos para testes. Zero kingpin suspension gives more precise steering and handling in the corners as the steering keeps the same angle no matter if the suspension is up or down, and as such when running through bumps in corner the steering will not change as much as on regular C-hub suspension used previously and the handling of the car will improve significantly. Zero kingpin suspensão dá mais precisa orientação e manipulação nos cantos como a direcção mantém o mesmo ângulo, não importa se a suspensão se para cima ou para baixo, e, como tal, quando executando através de solavancos na esquina da direcção não irá mudar tanto quanto a regular C - hub suspensão utilizada anteriormente e à manipulação do carro vai melhorar significativamente.

Japanese company Kawahara are playing with the concept of introducing a new class based on the 1/10th 200mm class, called GPR. Kawahara empresa japonesa está jogando com o conceito de introdução de uma nova classe baseada na classe 1/10th 200 milímetros, chamado GPR. Essentially they are saying that due to the power of modern .12 engines that the cars have become more difficult to control. What they are suggesting is to use new wheels and tires that see the front increased to 30mm wide and the rear to 40mm wide, which will help get the power to the track and make the cars easier to drive. O que eles estão propondo é a de utilizar novas rodas e pneus da frente que ver aumentada para 30 milímetros de largura e 40 milímetros para a retaguarda de largura, o que ajudará a obter o poder para a pista e tornar os carros mais fáceis de conduzir. To compliment this they have also proposed a new 220mm wide Group C bodyshell, with a GT and Saloon car also planned, and a new wider front bumper which protects the new wider car that will be available for the Mugen MTX-4 and Kyosho V-One RRR. Para este elogio eles têm também propôs um novo Grupo C 220 milímetros ampla carroçaria, com um GT e Salão automóvel também prevista, e um novo pára-choques dianteiro mais amplo que protege os novos automóveis mais lato que estarão disponíveis para o Mugen MTX-4 e V-Kyosho One RRR. I’m not too convinced by the idea, as a major part of the skill of racing is to be able to handle that power, and also remember that the world had a class like this already - 235mm. Eu não estou muito convencido com a ideia, como uma grande parte da habilidade de corrida é a de ser capaz de lidar com esse poder, e também lembrar que o mundo tinha uma turma como esta já - 235 milímetros.

It was fairly easy to brainstorm about what we needed and wanted to improve and change for the new M18T. Foi bastante fácil de se reflectir sobre o que precisávamos e quis melhorar e mudar para o novo M18T. We needed to bring the platform to the new level of high-competition racing so as to meet and exceed the expectations for reliability and performance. The code project for the new car was set right away, to make a professional M18T and as such the name M18T PRO was set in place. O código projeto para o novo carro foi fixado de imediato, para que um profissional M18T e, como tal, o nome M18T PRO foi fixado no lugar. The goal was set, we just had to work out all the details. A meta foi estabelecida, só tinham de trabalhar com todos os detalhes.
