De chassis van Kawahara mrx4-r plateren PRO Categories - Kawahara, Mugen, Accessories, On Road, Products - comments closed
Kawahara, het Japanse stemmende bedrijf, heeft deze tekeningen van hun aanstaande versie voor mrx4-r getoond. Dit PROchassis is smaller dan de standaardversie en kenmerkt tussenvoegsels voor omhoog het verstevigen van de chassis, gelijkend op de chassis LCG van Serpent. Het vermeldt iets over het kunnen gewichten in plaats van de platen gebruiken, die konden maken ontdekken, en ook bieden zij mismoedigheidsblokken met spelden aan die aan gaten in de chassis beantwoorden zodat u zijn zeker dat uw auto altijd vlak wanneer het toepassen van uw opstelling zit. Deze chassisplaat is beschikbaar als volledige reeks of als individuele delen en zou in het midden van Maart beschikbaar moeten zijn.

Mugen heeft ladingen van nieuwe producten, specifiek voor hun 1/10ste 200mm MTX4, van weg 1/8ste schaal MBX5 en mbx5-t evenals deze aardige maat van de rithoogte hierboven voor al hun wegauto's vrijgegeven. Voor MTX4, hebben zij een regelbare achter antibroodjesstaaf vrijgegeven evenals zet een nieuwe achter hogere welvingsverbinding met een aantal opzettende gaten op om u toe te staan om het centrum van het auto'sbroodje aan te passen. Terwijl voor Mugen van wegkerels er een nieuwe teflon met een laag bedekte servospaarderstoren evenals nieuwe wielen in wit en geel zijn om Proline rubber, nieuwe achterspoiler en 3 nieuwe volledige reeksen schoklentes in blauwe grijs en wit te passen.

Serpent have announced the release of this great add on for your Serpent 720 that puts a one way bearing on the brake pulley on the cars 2 speed axle. This set, which allows your car to run as normal, comes into play when the rear tires start to wear more than the fronts which in normal cases where permanent 4wd is in place can cause the car to be unstable under braking in long runs. This optional set allows the front wheels to rotate independantly from the rear wheels when off throttle which means when you have uneven tire wear you dont get the rear end of the car trying to pass out the front under braking. Neat.

The Robitronic Scalpel has to be one of my favourite cars to have been released in the last year, not only does it look great but it goes like a rocket too. Now the good people over at Robitronic have released details on all the options you can get for the car to make it handle, perform and look even better. And it seems that apart from the actual carbon chassis, you can replace almost everything on the car with a new, and most of the time red anodized, optional part. Robitronic have also released information on the optionals available for the Avid and Protos.

New M-Mod parts for Mugen MTX-4 and MRX-4 Categories - Mugen, Accessories, On Road, Products - comments closed
MID in Germany, the Mugen Seiki importer for Europe, have released some new M-Mod parts for the Mugen MTX-4 and MRX-4. For the Mugen MTX-4 1/10th 200mm MID have produced a new backplate for the car as well as a middle shaft carrier, both pieces maching from high grade aluminium. For the MRX-4 and MRX-4R 1/8th scale circuit car they have the same parts available but of course made for the bigger car. All parts are grey anodised and sport the engraved M-Mod logo. In the near future expect to see similar parts available for different manufacturers cars under the ALL-Mod product line such as X-Mod for Xray, K-Mod for Kyosho, S-Mod for Serpent, C-Mod for Crono and U-Mod for universal parts.

HPI Firestorm optionals now available Categories - HPI, Gas Off Road, Cars, Accessories, Products - comments closed
I like the Firestorm from HPI, its wicked fast and looks really trick too, and now it can go faster and look nicer thanks to a new line of optionals that have been made available for this 1/10th stadium truck. You can now get 2 different pre painted bodies for the car, blue one shown above, as well as new tires including special versions for sand as already available for the Baja 5B. There is also some aluminium strengthening pieces for beefing up the suspension as well as a new clutch bell housing and some ultra slick titanium nitride shock shafts.

Much More have released this new tyre inserts that have been specifically made for carpet racing. The MIA-CP is less elastic and lighter than other tire inserts, so they are suitable for use on carpet and they come supplied with powder to decrease friction between tire and insert, so the inserts stay stable inside and won’t be heat up.
