Bittydesign Force body for Serpent Cobra
Bittydesign have tackled the Serpent Cobra, giving it the Force treatment with the release of this dedicated body shell. Featuring a cab forward design, it has been developed to obtain better downforce and improve steering response in low speed turns while the sidepods help obtain higher downforce at the rear of the body in high speed turns. Engine airflow has also been improved with the body helping the engine run cooler by about 5-10°C compared to the stock body. Body is 1mm thick, comes with overspray film, window masks and a set of decals.

Pro-Line 2012 Bulldog for Hot Bodies D8 & D8T
Pro-Line have released updated 2012 versions of their Bulldog body for the Hot Bodies D8 and D8T developd by Ty Tessmann. Ty personally spent hours refining the design for 2012 to create even more stability with enhanced steering to gain an advantage on the track. The windshield is steeper to create more down force over the front wheels and the roof ridges have been raised to channel the air flow over the middle of the body for increased high-speed stability. The rear of the roof has been lowered and fins have been added to achieve maximum engine head cooling and stable air flow over the body. The fins also add rigidity to the body to increase aerodynamic efficiency. Additionally on the truggy shell the hood has been raised slightly to allow more clearance for a longer shock setup and the headlights and grill have been redesigned.

Bittydesign Force shell for THE Car
As seen during our race coverage at last Octobers Arena race in Italy, Bittydesign have released their Force shell for the JQ Products THE Car. Featuring a cab forward design, it has been developed to obtain better downforce and improve steering response in low speed turns. They also worked to obtain higher downforce at the rear of the body by adding winglets which also helps create more stability in high speed turns. The cab has been developed to use the original JQ air filter, regardless of whether the engine is placed in the front or rear position. Also available to complete the look, rear mud guards which are supplied clear so they can be painted to match your shell.

JConcepts Finnisher for TLR22 & DEX210
JConcepts have introduced 2 new Finnisher shells for the TLR22 and the new Durango DEX210 2wd chassis’. Increased windshield angle provides a steady force upfront during mid-flight wind gusts on large jumps while the forward cab placement changes performance / visible bias which helps steering rotation in low traction corners. The side-pods have been simplified and JC styled to remove unwanted changes in height to neutralize the at-speed handling. The chassis to body fit has been tightened up and with the addition of fastening hook and loop tape, eliminates empty voids that contribute to mid-flight directional changes. The rear of the cab has a new step feature and a louver which can be trimmed to allow air to escape at the top of the body through its V-shaped design. Body bodies are a drop fit onto their respective cars. In addition to the newly designed body, JConcepts has included 2 of the latest 6.5″ wide Hi-Clearance rear wings.

Method RC Mirage TLR 22 body
Method RC have released their Mirage body for the TLR 22 in both mid and rear motor configurations. The compact proportions of the Mirage lower the overall vehicle weight and center of gravity, improving performance. The blade-like styling complements the narrow and angular chassis, while also enhancing aerodynamic performance and overall downforce moving the centre of pressure forward to help steering feel without giving up forward bite. The nose tucks tightly behind the front shock towers to reduce profile drag of the body.
