Trinity Products have announced details on the new Intellect IB4600 SHV cells. Featuring an all new internal construction, designed with safer application in mind, they feature an increased voltage of 1.24V and above. A much more stable cell, they are said to offer 50% more cycle life than previous versions, yet have the same specifications and dimensions of a normal cell. Available in limited quantities from May 16th.

The saddle pack has been designed specifically for installation in the Team Associated B44 and other competition level 4WD chassis’ and is the perfect choice for the racer who wants to enjoy the power, run time, and durability advantage of LiPo batteries. The 3200mAh pack is an all‐new 11.1V 20C LiPo battery for enthusiasts that believe you can never have too much power. More voltage equals more power and higher top speeds. Easily increase power and speed by swapping out a 7.2V NiMH or 7.4V LiPo battery and replacing it with a Reedy 11.1V LiPo battery. For maximum power and minimum resistance, both packs comes equipped with heavy‐duty 12AWG wires, while the saddle pack has no plug, the stick pack comes supplied with a Traxxas Connector.

More new products from LRP who have released this Race stick pack, which uses the VTEC 4000 Longlife cell, an extremely though cell that can be stored over a long period of time without any disadvantages. Suitable for a wide range of applications, the pack has a low internal resistance and complies with EFRA, BRCA and DMC regulations.

Trinity have announced the release of this Team Trinity Edition 3800mAh Lithium Polymer 25c + battery pack. The cells come encased in a durable, crash resistant plastic outer case and as with other LiPos, they have 30% longer run-time and 30% less weight than traditional NiCd and NiMH cells. They don’t appear to be ROAR approved, available in May.

Team Trion have released long reach battery end bars for use with 5 cell pack configurations. Similar to the versions released recently by Much More, these move the point where the wire attaches to the pack out from under the car’s upper deck so it is easier to access. The long bars are sold in a pack of 10 or they can be bought as part of a full set for making a 5 cell pack that includes 4 battery bars also.
