Trinity Draked Engine head

According to the Trinity website this is a spy shot of a new cooling head for the Adam Drake line of Trinity engines. I thought it was nice that the spy gave Trinity the photo and the permission to put it on their website…
Check this “Spy Shot” taken by an unknown source in the building at Trinity. It shows a negative of a new Trinity Product before it even has a part number. Ask your local hobby shop to call and ask about it asap.

Charge RC off road pipe set

Japanese firm Charge RC have introduced this new off road pipe set for use with 3,5cc buggy motors. The pipe itself has been extensively tested in both off road and on road conditions with the best results coming when off road where the pipe gives plenty of bottom end to middle range torque, especially when combined with the manifold that comes supplied with the pipe set. The pipe and manifold have been polished for better gas flow, while for the stinger of the pipe has been reinforced with a rib to prevent it bending in the event of a hard impact.

Well its almost the end of July now, and although its 2 weeks late we have been told that the shipment of engines is now in Europe ready to be sold. The engine, when it was originally badged by Team Orion made quite a splash when it was released, and now that Kyosho has its name on it, and with the engine features some upgrades, expect to see it also making waves, especially when it makes its big time debut at next months European 1/10th Championships in Spain.

O.S. Engines 12TZ & 12TG

O.S. have announced 2 new engines to fill a vital niche in the stadium truck market with the release of the 12TZ (P) and the 12TG-P. The 12TZ is a turbo engine with a 3-port ABC liner and 3-needle rotary carb, for optimum adjustability, and this motor meets all IFMAR and ROAR 3-port specs. The bore and stroke of this motor provide the widest possible power band and with it the ability to adapt to any track. The 12TG-P is also a ROAR legal motor and works well in cars like the Associated GT2 and HPI Firestorm, and like all 12TG engines it’s easy to break in and very economical, expecting to get up to 14 minutes of run-time on a single tank of fuel.
