Pro-Line Tazer tyre & Velocity hex wheels
Pro-Line have introduced the new Tazer 1/8 scale buggy tyre. Designed with the input of World Class drivers like Ty Tessmann and Ryan Cavalieri the tread features outer square and inner overlapping rectangle blocks for tons of traction and good durability for long A-mains. The tyre will become available soon in Pro-Line’s M2, M3 and M4 compounds.

Huge R36 high traction tyre
Huge R/C Products, the brand of former IFMAR ISTC Touring Car World Champion Surikarn C, released the high traction R36 compound slick tyre. Designed for 1/10 scale electric touring cars the tyre is meant be work best on all sorts of asphalt tracks and offers long-life characteristics.

Pro-Line 12mm hex adaptors & Blockade pre mounts
Pro-Line have released these aluminium 12mm Front and rear clamping hex adapters for the B4.1. If you just converted your B4.1 to 12mm hexes, then Pro-Line’s clamping hexes are a must have for all serious racers. These hexes clamp on to the axle and will not fall off when you change tires like the plastic hexes. Made from high quality, aircraft grade aluminium so you know that they will last and stand up to the power of your B4.1. Pro-Line have also released their popular Blockade tire in pre mount form. Available in M2 (medium) and M3 (soft), they come pre glued to V2 white wheels.

Sneak Preview – dBoots Nanobyte tyres
dBoots have a new tyre on the way and the company got in touch to give us a a sneaky preview. The Nanobyte is designed for multi-surface indoor off-road racing and features a unique tread pattern featuring micro pins and slightly larger step-up pins. The tyres are available soon for 1/10th scale 2WD and 4WD buggies as well as and Short Course trucks.

JConcepts 1/8th truck Hybrids
A combination of years of development with JConcepts drivers, the Hybrids are all the rage and the combination of the most popular JConcepts tires available. A mid-lug design with unique inner Crowbar center lug DNA, the Hybrid is built for speed and ultimate high-speed control and handling. Supported lug control and X-braced sidewall lug detail is designed to go the distance in long qualifiers, final main events and beyond. Adapted for the 1/8th truck class featuring the Elevated Bead design the lightweight continuous tire body design minimizes rotating mass which makes the 1/8th truck Hybrid a dynamite performer straight out of the package. Extensive testing showed a smaller pin height advantageous in many conditions and particularly when sharp angles and edges arise in the track surface. At the base of the design, the new mid-height lugs present the compound to the racing surface while the center lug DNA picks up the heavy lifting for forward-bite. Available in Soft (Blue) and Super Soft (Green) compounds.

Sweep Micro Contacts tires
Sweep have introduced their lucky seventh 8th scale off-road tire called, Micro Contacts. This tire was designed to be a bulletproof micro pin style tire delivering a rocket round run in qualifying and still able to last the whole A-main. Featuring a very stable micro pin pattern to sweep the ground with today’s hottest 21 engines. As the name suggests, all of their test drivers commented on how they feel like their car has micro suction cups sticking to the ground. The gluing bead and sidewalls have been redesigned to deliver a precise steering feel, which has never been experienced in the past. Four different compounds are available to suit a large variety of track conditions. The softest compound silver, blue, red and then the hardest compound white. These tires are designed specifically for their own grooved inserts or Cloud 9 closed cell foam inserts.

JConcepts Bar Codes V1 green & V2 orange compounds
JConcepts have announced some updates to their range of 1/10th scale Bar Codes. The Bar Codes V1 front and rear tires are now available in Super soft green compound, while the rear Bar Codes V2 are now also available in orange compound for outdoor groove.

Capricorn F1 wheels & LAB-C801 options
Capricorn have announced the addition to their current range of 1/8th scale tires, the F1. Expected to be released soon, these rims are super lightweight and will of course be available in the usual range of pre mounted shores. Also new for the LAB C801 is updated carbon fibre rear upper wishbone mounting brackets that feature 3mm higher mounting position for the pin. Up front for the same car is new upper suspension brackets which are 1.5mm further inward for improved steering response.
