The 2nd round of the BRCA British Nationals were held at the weekend at the Cotswolds track in Gloucestershire. Schumacher have announced that front running UK Pro Stock racer Jay Westwood has joined their team. Schumacher já anunciou que correr frente UK Pro Stock racer Jay Westwood uniu sua equipe. Jay just completed the 2nd round of the BRCA Championships at the Cotswolds club last weekend and put in a solid top ten finish after only receiving his car on the Thursday before the race. Round 1 of the RCSignup/JConcepts Super Cup Series was completed this past weekend and it was an great event, the blistering, 100 degree Florida sun made for some amazing track conditions. Round 1 do RCSignup / JConcepts Super Cup Series foi concluída esta semana passado e foi um grande evento, as bolhas, 100 grau Flórida sol feita por alguma pista condições incríveis. 11-year old Zack Genova showed experience and driving ability beyond his years and was able to take the win in both Stock Buggy and Stock Truck. 11 anos de idade, Zack Genova mostrou experiência e capacidade de condução para além do seu anos e foi capaz de assumir a vitória nas duas Stock Buggy e Stock Truck. He battled with another up-and-comer, Zach Mote, but in the end it was Zack ‘Zackinator’ Genova that took the victories. The warm up race for this years Electric touring car European Championship was run last weekend at the host track in Vila Real, Spain and there were 40 racers in attendance, with some international racers in attendance. Qualifying for the race saw young UK rising star Elliot Harper, driving his Xray, take pole position ahead of current UK National Champion Chris Grainger in 2nd for Yokomo, while Spanish racer Toni Mateo in 3rd. The 2nd round of the Dutch electric touring car Nationals were run last weekend at the HFCC track in The Hague. A 2 ª ronda do neerlandês elétrica Carros de Turismo Nacionais foram executados na semana passada HFCC pista, em Haia. Saturday’s practice was run in dry conditions but on Sunday rain interrupted the qualifying causing round 2 of qualifying to be cancelled, leaving the racers on 2 rounds to get their fastest time in. Following the heats it was Serpent racer Bart Wubben that was on pole position in Modified, some 6 seconds in front of team mate Rob Jansen in 2nd, with Tamiya driver Arjen Potharst and Serpent driver Rene Cornella in 3rd and 4th respectively. The finals saw Bart and Rob pull away in leg 1 to claim to top 2 positions, while in the 2nd leg it was a repeat of Leg 1 at the front with Bart winning to take the overall ahead of Rob who claimed 2nd overall and Stefan Jansen taking the final spot on the podium in 3rd. In the stock class it was ETS Holland pole man Vasco Christiaanse that took the win for Kyosho ahead of 2nd place Michael Lepelaar driving a Tamiya, while Ronald Arts rounded out the podium for Serpent in 3rd. Na categoria stock-se ETS Holland pólo Vasco Christiaanse homem que teve a vitória de 2 º lugar à frente da Kyosho Michael Lepelaar condução de um Tamiya, enquanto Ronald Artes arredondado para fora do pódio para a serpente no 3o.
