Last weekend saw the first round of the Spanish Electric Buggy Nationals held at Sevilla in 25º degree heat. Na semana passada vi a primeira rodada do Espanhol Electric Buggy Nacionais realizada em Sevilha em 25 º grau calor. The racers were greeted with a bumpy and dusty track with two double jumps that were causing the most difficulty for those present. Os pilotos foram recebidos com uma acidentada e empoeirado faixa dupla com dois saltos que estavam causando a maior dificuldade para os presentes. Qualifying saw current Spanish National Champion Qualificação viu actual Campeão Nacional Espanhola Alberto Garcia Alberto Garcia take TQ in both the 4wd and 2wd classes, with the LRP team driver managing to also take the win in both classes. 2007 IIC CII and 2008 E 2008 DHI Cup DHI Cup winner Jimmy Maddison from the UK has been in contact to tell us that he has signed a deal to run SMC cells for the rest of this year. The Schumacher team driver said he was very excited about the change and is looking forward to working with Danny from SMC to help develop the new Ener-G 4600 cells. With the 2nd round of the Much More sponsored European Touring Series in just over 2 weeks (14th - 16th of March) in Velje Denmark, the organizers have announced that due to the great durability of the Much More Sweep control tire, the Modified class racers will now only be supplied with 2 sets, not 3 as previously stated. Serpent are reporting on last weekends Corally Thunderdays that took place at Geilenkirchen in Germany where it was brothers Yannic and Bjorn Prumper driving Serpent S400s that took a 1-2 in the Modified class. On Saturday Björn set the fastest time of the weekend and also set a new track-record, however Yannic could not at first match his brother’s times but the reason for this was later discovered, a broken front end of his chassis plate. The first round of the Ukrainian Championships took place recently at an indoor track in Nikopol. A primeira rodada do Campeonato Ucraniano teve lugar recentemente em uma pista indoor de Nikopol. The race was open to both touring car and buggies and in both it was LRP team driver Dmitriy Chub that took the win. A corrida foi aberta a ambos os carros de turismo e buggies e em ambos foi LRP equipe condutor Dmitriy Chub que tomou a ganhar. Racing a Tamiya chassis in each class, he TQ’d the touring class and won ahead of team mate Nikita Dimbitskiy, with Xray driver Anton Buga in 3rd. In the buggy class, it was Evgen Brajko that was quickest in the qualifying session, but he dropped to 3rd by the end of the final behind 2nd placed Andriy Boyko, while Chub managed to work his way to the front and take the win. Na classe buggy, foi Evgen Brajko que foi mais rápido na qualificação sessão, mas ele baixou a 3 até o fim do final trás 2o colocado Andriy Boyko, enquanto Chub gerida pela sua maneira de trabalhar para a frente e tomar a ganhar.

oOple have a report from last weekends sixth round of the Schumacher Indoor Off Road Masters, held at the indoor track in Worksop. OOple ter um relatório da semana passada sexta rodada do Schumacher Indoor Off Road de mestrado, realizada na pista indoor em Worksop. With the ‘National Indoor Finals’ held at the save venue in a months time - it was a chance for drivers to get some practice in before that event, so there were 12 heats in total. Com o "National Indoor Finals' realizada no local salvar em um mês vez - foi uma chance para os motoristas para obter algumas práticas, em que o evento antes, portanto, havia 12 aquece no total. The 4wd class saw the win go to the Richard Lowe driving the JConcepts BJ4 WE, who had qualified 2nd behind X-Factory racer Ellis Stafford, while in 2wd the victory went to pole man Mark Stanley racing a Losi. Last weekend saw the running of the Carpet Wars World Cup, a 2 day event that saw International interest with Marc Fisher making the trip from Germany for the race. Na semana passada, assistiu-se ao funcionamento do Tapete Guerra Mundial, a 2 dias evento que viu Internacional interesse com Marc Fisher fazer a viagem da Alemanha para a corrida. After Saturdays qualifying it was Kevin Brunsden on pole but a quick run in the final qualifying heat on Sunday saw Olly Jefferies take the top spot by 0.6 of a second. Após sábados qualificando-se Kevin Brunsden na pole, mas um rápido correr no final qualificando calor no domingo viu Olly Jefferies assumir a primeira posição em 0,6 de um segundo. Leg 1 of the finals saw some problems for the front runners and this allowed Glen Doman through for the win ahead of Elliot Harper, with Olly recovering to 3rd. Perna 1 do final viu alguns problemas para a frente corredores e que permitiu Glen Doman através de vencer à frente de Elliot Harper, com Olly recuperando a 3. The 2nd leg was better for Olly, taking the lead from the start and converting it into the win in front of Harper and Doman, while the final leg was again won by Olly, who took the overall win, in front of Elliot in 2nd who claimed the overall runner up spot and Glen coming home in 3rd overall. A 2 ª etapa foi melhor para Olly, a assumir a liderança desde o início e convertendo-o em vencer na frente de Harper e Doman, enquanto o tramo final foi novamente venceu por Olly, que aproveitou a vitória global, em frente de Elliot, que no 2 º Alegaram, em geral runner-se no local e Glen voltar a casa em 3 º lugar geral.

Seen as the warm up race for the World Championship held on the same track in November, this years running of the TITC in Thailand was very well attended by factory teams from around the World. Encarada como a aquecer corrida para o Campeonato Mundial realizado na mesma pista em novembro, este ano funcionamento do TITC na Tailândia foi muito bem atendidos pela fábrica equipas de todo o Mundo. Run on a tight smooth circuit under warm conditions, qualifying saw Xray racer Teemu Leino set down the fastest runs to take the top qualifier spot with 3 round wins in front of former World Champion Atsushi Hara in 2nd and current European Champion Ronald Volker in 3rd, both racing the Hot Bodies Cyclone. Correr em um circuito apertado suave quente sob condições, qualificando viu Xray racer Teemu Leino estabelecidos o mais rápido corre para assumir o topo qualificador local, com 3 vitórias na rodada frente do ex-campeão Mundial Atsushi Hara na 2 ª e actual campeão europeu Ronald Volker em 3o, Ambas as corridas Hot Órgãos Cyclone. The finals were easy for Teemu, who could win the first 2 to claim the overall win with 1 final left to be run. With Teemu sitting out the 3rd run, this allowed Andy Moore to take the leg 3 win, which combined with his 2nd spot from leg 1 gave him 2nd overall in front of Ronald Volker in 3rd.
