Junior 1/8th de HB fora dos Championships da estrada Categories - Serpent, Events, Electric, On Road, Racing - add a comment
Competir do Mirage e o clube de Frankley são orgulhosos anunciar os Championships júniors de HB 2008, que será prendido no venue awesome de Frankley. A raça é um 1 evento do dia e promete ser mesmo melhor e mais grande do que o ano passado. A prática está disponível no sábado para qualquer quem deseja começar algumas linhas classificadas ou para os novatos que começaram apenas. Não haverá nenhuma régua do tyre assim que qualquer coisa pode ser usado. As réguas serão relaxadas muito mas fazer batota resultará no formulário do disqualification o evento. Os Trophies serão dados ao 1o 2o e o 3o em cada um dos finais no dia dos finais, mais prêmios será feito a mais próximo disponível a reunião. A data é 6o JULHO 2008 e a taxa da entrada é £7.

Franceschi ganha o Sao Paulo Rd1 conservado em estoque Categories - Events, Gas, Off Road, Racing - add a comment
A serpente tem um relatório em seu local do primeiro círculo do Championship de Paolo do Sao prendido na trilha do clube do Sam em Santo Andre, uma cidade dentro de um Sao mais grande Paulo, o capital de estado. O formato viu que cada excitador começar apenas único qualificar seguido round por quatro aquece, os mais melhores três de que determinam o resultado total. Partindo do pólo as duas primeiras vitórias vieram fácil para o racer Felipe Franceschi da serpente mas seu `Poldo' Podolsky de Thiago do mate da equipe, embora muito rápido, problemas mecânicos enfrentados com a ruptura de sua correia dianteira seguiu pela parte traseira que impede que comece uma contagem boa. No terceiro calor seria volta de Felipe sofre uma correia quebrada, equipe que põe estas falhas para baixo aos restos sobre um número de pontos sujos sobre a trilha. Com Felipe para fora, Poldo era o favorito mas sua sorte traseira continuou como um eixo central de alumínio do protótipo que fosse desenvolvido atualmente pela equipe quebrasse. A quarta e tomada final de Felipe da serra do calor sua terceira vitória do dia e com vitória total na abertura redonda do championship na frente do racer Lincoln Almeida de Corally no 2o e do excitador Marcos Mayer do raio X no 3o

Championship de GRP Clubmans Categories - ETS, Events, On Road, International, Racing - add a comment
Mirage Racing have announced that they are teaming up with Fast Tracks Racing club to create the GRP Clubmans championship, which will be held at the new grass/dirt track in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. The series will run over 4 rounds with points awarded from each round to give a overall score which will then give you a grid place in the final race. The whole series will be run on a controlled tyre which will be GRP Cone Spikes and trophies will be given to 1st 2nd and 3rd in each of the finals on the finals day.

ETS Denmark - Jilles Groskamp confirmed Categories - Robitronic, Events, Electric, On Road, Racing - add a comment 
The organisers of next weekends second round of the Much More backed European Touring Series are delighted to confirm that Tamiya factory driver Jilles Groskamp will be present at the event. Taking place in Vejle, Denmark, the race will also be attended by fellow Tamiya team drivers Marc Rheinard and Viktor Wilck as well as Associated team driver Joel Myrberg and lots of other top quality racers. Entries will remain open until the first day of the race, which will be Saturday the 15th, and for those already entered or wanting to enter, there is a new reduced entry price and updated timetable. All drivers will get 5 rounds of practice on the Saturday as well as 4 rounds of qualifying, while on Sunday there will be 1 more round of qualifying and triple mains for all racers.

Sven Zünd takes LRP Islikon Masters Rd4 Categories - ETS, Events, Electric, On Road, Racing - add a comment 
Robitronic have a report on their website from the 4th round of the LRP Islikon Masters in Switzerland. The race was run on controlled tires and the softer, better performing 27-compound was very hard to get on this weekend, therefore some clever tactics were needed and Sven Zünd with his Robitronic Avid made the most of the difficult situation, saving his tyres for the final round of qualifying and the finals. Starting from the pole position, he was able to take the win ahead of the Xray driving Lnenicka brothers Ronny and Sacha who finished in 2nd and 3rd respectively.

ETS Rd2 Denmark - Update Categories - Events, Electric, Off Road, Racing - comments closed 
With the 2nd round of the Much More sponsored European Touring Series in just over 2 weeks (14th - 16th of March) in Vejle Denmark, the organizers have announced that due to the great durability of the Much More Sweep control tire, the Modified class racers will now only be supplied with 2 sets, not 3 as previously stated. This will of course be reflected in the entry cost, which has been reduced from EUR100 to EUR80, and will also include a great t-shirt, the design of which we will show you soon. Pro Stock class entry will stay at EUR 100 but includes 2 sets of Sweep tires, the t-shirt and the fantastic Team Checkpoint Money 19T Spec motor. Finally, to encourage new racers, Scotty Ernst has revealed that they will run a Stock class, with racers able to use their own Stock 27 Turn Motor, a great way of letting newcomers experience a world class event. Entry fee will be EUR 30 and will include 1 set of Much More hand out tires and the event T shirt.

Schumacher Indoor Masters Rd6 Categories - Events, Electric, On Road, Racing - comments closed 
oOple have a report from last weekends sixth round of the Schumacher Indoor Off Road Masters, held at the indoor track in Worksop. With the ‘National Indoor Finals’ held at the save venue in a months time - it was a chance for drivers to get some practice in before that event, so there were 12 heats in total. The 4wd class saw the win go to the Richard Lowe driving the JConcepts BJ4 WE, who had qualified 2nd behind X-Factory racer Ellis Stafford, while in 2wd the victory went to pole man Mark Stanley racing a Losi. Contained within the same report, is a review of the new range of TrakPower hard cased LiPo packs.

Olly Jefferies wins Carpet Wars World Cup Categories - Events, Electric, On Road, International, Racing - comments closed
Last weekend saw the running of the Carpet Wars World Cup, a 2 day event that saw International interest with Marc Fisher making the trip from Germany for the race. After Saturdays qualifying it was Kevin Brunsden on pole but a quick run in the final qualifying heat on Sunday saw Olly Jefferies take the top spot by 0.6 of a second. Leg 1 of the finals saw some problems for the front runners and this allowed Glen Doman through for the win ahead of Elliot Harper, with Olly recovering to 3rd. The 2nd leg was better for Olly, taking the lead from the start and converting it into the win in front of Harper and Doman, while the final leg was again won by Olly, who took the overall win, in front of Elliot in 2nd who claimed the overall runner up spot and Glen coming home in 3rd overall.
