Last weekend saw the first round of the West Germany Electric touring car qualifying group run at the large MCC Bad Breisig/Rhein outdoor track. Am vergangenen Wochenende sahen die erste Runde des Westens Deutschland Elektro-Tourenwagen-Qualifikationsspiele Gruppe laufen über die große MCC Bad Breisig / Rhein Outdoor-Spur. Xray team driver Christopher Grimm, who was using his new Speed Passion combo of GT Speedo and DMC legal Ultra Sportsman 9.5 BL motor, took the win ahead of current outdoor Champion Patrick Pasch in 2nd and Andreas Weyhoven in 3rd. XRay Team Fahrer Christopher Grimm, war, mit seinem neuen Speed Combo-Passion von GT Speedo und DMC rechtlichen Ultra Sportsman 9,5 BL Motor, hat den Sieg vor der aktuellen Outdoor-Champion Patrick Pasch im 2. und Andreas Weyhoven in 3rd.

According to the website of the US governing body, ROAR, the Production Monster Truck and 1:10 Gas Truck have been dropped from future US National calendars. Laut der Website des US-governing body, Gebrüll, die Produktion und Monster Truck 1:10 Gas Truck wurden aus künftigen US National Kalender.
On April 22nd, ROAR President Dawn Sanchez met with manufacturer representatives and Fuel Off-road Committee members in attendance at this year’s Truck Nationals held at The Nitro Pit in Phoenix, Arizona. Am 22. This group discussed the viability of re-combining the 1:8 Buggy Nationals with 1:8 Truck Nationals. It was decided that in order for this to work effectively, Production Monster Truck and 1:10 Gas Truck would have to be dropped from the Nationals program. Those in attendance at the meeting were unanimous in their decision that this would be the most cost-effective method of handling Fuel Nationals. The first round of the Peruvian National Championships was held at the Jockey Club track in the country’s capital, Lima. Die erste Runde der peruanischen nationalen Meisterschaften fand in der Jockey Club-Tracks in das Land der Hauptstadt Lima. The race consisted of 2 heats of 20 min each and Team Magic racer Andy Ledgard won both heats. Das Rennen bestand aus 2 Läufen über jeweils 20 min und Team Magic Andy racer Ledgard gewann beide Rennläufe. The first heat was a very tight battle until the 5 minutes mark were Andy began to speed up the pace and won with no problem. Die erste Hitze war eine sehr engen Kampf, bis die 5 Minuten Marke waren Andy begann beschleunigen das Tempo und gewann ohne Probleme. The 2nd heat was a closer race as the last 10 minutes Andy´s car was stuck in 1st gear but he held on for the win and took the overall from Leonidas Ponce in 2nd and Gabril Perez in 3rd. Der 2. Lauf war ein Rennen näher als die letzten 10 Minuten Andy's Auto war steckt im 1. Gang aber hielt er für den Sieg und nahm die insgesamt von Leonidas Ponce im 2. und Gabril Perez in 3rd.

The second round of the Brazilian National Championships was held over the weekend at the Carrefour track in São Paulo. Die zweite Runde der brasilianischen National Championships fand am Wochenende auf der Spur Carrefour in São Paulo. Eventual winner, Serpent 720 driver, Henrique Winik, who started from 5th on the grid, was able to set a new track record on his way to the win in the main final. Eventuelle Sieger, Serpent 720 Fahrer, Henrique Winik,, startete vom 5. auf dem Spielfeld, konnte einen neuen Track Record auf dem Weg zum Sieg in der Haupt-endgültig. Opting to not change tyres during the 45 minute race he took the win by 2 laps from Chung Min Hsu in 2nd, with Gabriel Brito in 3rd. Opting nicht zu ändern Reifen während des Rennens 45 Minuten nahm er den Sieg von 2 Runden von Chung Min Hsu in der 2., mit Gabriel Brito in 3rd.

Last weekend saw the 3rd round of the Portuguese 1/10th EP Touring car Nationals take place at the Tomar track. Am vergangenen Wochenende sahen die 3. Runde des portugiesischen 1:10 EP Tourenwagen-Bürgerinnen und-Bürger stattfinden Tomar in der Spur. This small and tight track provided a challenge for everyone and it was guest driver Toni Rheinard who won the Modified class finishing in front of Xray driver Nuno Gancho in 2nd, while the 3rd spot went to Ruben Francisco driving a Schumacher. Das kleine, enge Spur, sofern für jeden eine Herausforderung und es war Gast Fahrer Toni Rheinard, gewann die Klasse Geändert Ziellinie vor XRay Treiber Nuno Gancho im 2., 3., während die vor Ort ging an Ruben Francisco Führen eines Schumacher. The stock class saw Joao Miguel win with his Schumacher ahead of Xray driver Pedro Pita in 2nd and Corally racer Nuno Carrico in 3rd. Die Aktie der Klasse sah Joao Miguel gewinnen mit seinem Schumacher vor XRay Fahrer Pedro Pita im 2. und Corally racer Nuno Carrico in 3rd.

The 2nd round of the 2008 Brother Cup took place last weekend in Oberhausen and was open for Sportsman and Hobby classes. Die 2. Runde der 2008 Brother-Cup fand am vergangenen Wochenende in Oberhausen und war offen für Sportler und Hobby-Klassen. The hobby class was won by Jan Eichhoorn with Robert Walden in 2nd and Jean-Paul Appel 3rd, while in the Sportsman class it was Jorg van Leuken who took the win ahead of round 1 winner Jordy Velder in the runner up spot and Mark van Waayenburg in 3rd. Die Hobby-Klasse wurde gewonnen von Jan Eichhoorn mit Robert Walden im 2. und Jean-Paul Appel 3rd, während in der Sportsman-Klasse war es Jörg van Leuken, hat den Sieg vor der Runde 1 Gewinner Jordy Velder in der Läufer bis vor Ort und Mark van Waayenburg in 3rd.

The opening 2 rounds of the UK Truggy Pro Nationals was run last weekend at the Herts Nitro Model Club under sunny and warm conditions. Die Eröffnung 2 Runden des britischen Truggy Pro-Bürgerinnen und-Bürger wurde am vergangenen Wochenende in der Herts Nitro Modell Club unter sonnigen und warmen Bedingungen. In Saturday’s round 1, Team Losi driver Darren Bloomfield grabbed the TQ spot ahead of team mates Simon Willets and Jon Hazlewood. Im Samstag-Runde 1, Team Losi Fahrer Darren Bloomfield packte die TQ vor Ort vor Mannschaftskameraden Simon Willets und Jon Hazlewood. In the finals it was a race between the three Losi drivers, with Bloomfield having to make an extra stop in the finals. Im Finale war es ein Wettlauf zwischen den drei Losi Fahrer, mit Bloomfield, um einen zusätzlichen Halt in der Endrunde. Coming out of the last pitstop, Darren grabbed the lead from Jon and was able to take the win, with Jon in 2nd and Simon in 3rd. Coming out der letzten PitStop, Darren packte die Führung von Jon und konnte sich den Sieg, mit Jon im 2. und 3. Simon auf. Sunday’s 2nd National round was TQ’d once more by Bloomfield, with Mike Cradock in 2nd and Tommy Chung in 3rd. Am Sonntag 2. nationalen Runden war TQ'd einmal mehr von Bloomfield, mit Mike Cradock im 2. und Tommy Chung in 3rd. In the final Darren was leading until lap 12 when he ran out of fuel and this left Tommy to take over the lead but was being pressured heavily by Hazlewood. In der Schlussphase war Darren führenden Rundenzeiten, bis 12, als er lief aus dem Brennstoff-und dieser links Tommy zu übernehmen, die dazu führen, sondern wurde stark unter Druck gesetzt durch Hazlewood. A fast recvovering Bloomfield moved his way back to the front where he regained the lead and went on to win from Tommy Chung in 2nd, while a mistake near the end saw Jon drop to 3rd. Eine schnelle recvovering Bloomfield zog seinen Weg zurück an die Front, wo er wieder die Führung übernehmen und fuhr fort zu gewinnen von Tommy Chung in der 2., während ein Fehler am Ende sah Jon Drop 3rd.

The 2nd round of the Dutch 1/8th scale Nationals took place last weekend at the Groningen track in the north of the country under sunny and dry conditions. Die 2. Runde der niederländischen Maßstab 1:8-Bürgerinnen und-Bürger fand am vergangenen Wochenende auf der Strecke Groningen im Norden des Landes unter sonnigen und trockenen Bedingungen. Qualifying saw Mugen racer Rick V. take the pole postion from Daniel vd Drift in 2nd and John Ermen in 3rd. Qualifying sah MUGEN racer Rick V. nehmen Sie die Pole-Position von Daniel vd Drift im 2. und John Ermen in 3rd. In the final Rick V. once again had the pace and could build up a lead over eventual runner up John Ermen with Rick Veenma taking the final podium spot. In der Schlussphase Rick V. hatte erneut das Tempo und konnte sich einen Vorsprung gegenüber eventuellen Läufer bis John Ermen mit Rick Veenma für die endgültige Podium vor Ort. In the Nomac class it was strong performance by Jordy Blok who took the win in front of Jefrey Rietveld in the 2nd spot and Dennis van Lammeren in 3rd. In der Klasse Nomac war es starke Leistung von Jordy Blok, nahm der Gewinn vor Jefrey Rietveld in der 2. Platz und Dennis van Lammeren in 3rd.
