We received a brief report from round one of the 2008 Southern California Saturday Series, that was held at Pro-Line’s track in Banning, CA. The first round of the 2008 Truggy.nl Cup took place at the weekend on a temporary track on the beach at the Hoek van Holland. With 5 heats being run over 2 classes on a 360 meter long track and semi finals to decide the final starting order for the main final, it was Stefan Petrich that would start the Master class on pole, while Marnix Bul was the pole man in the Student class. Mit 5 heizt sich um mehr als 2 Klassen auf einem 360 Meter langen Strecke und Halbfinale die Entscheidung über die endgültige Startreihenfolge für die wichtigsten endgültig, es war Stefan Petrich beginnen würde, dass der Master-Klasse auf Pole, während Marnix Bul war der Pole Mann in der Studentische Klasse. The Master final saw some really close driving amongst the top 3 and all finished the 30 minute race on the same lap with Bas de Konink taking the win by 3 seconds in front of Marc Kreisig in 2nd and pole man Stefan Petrich ending his race in 3rd. Germany wins in battle against Holland Deutschland siegt in der Schlacht gegen Holland Categories - Gas, Off Road, International, Racing - comments closed
Last weekend at the Purmerend artificial surface track in the Netherlands was the revenge race of the Germany versus Holland event, that last year was taken by Holland. Am vergangenen Wochenende in der Purmerend künstlichen Bodenbelag Spur in den Niederlanden war die Rache Rennen der Deutschland im Vergleich zu Holland Ereignis, das im vergangenen Jahr wurde von Holland. This years race was held under changing weather and some good drivers from both countries were in attendance to battle for their country’s pride. Dieses Jahr Rennen fand unter wechselnden Wetter und einige gute Fahrer aus beiden Ländern waren anwesend, um für den Kampf ihres Landes Stolz. The race saw some close fights throughout the field but in the end it was Daniel Reckward that took the win, followed closely by Tim Bremicker in 2nd while 3rd spot went to Marcell Guske and these positions were enough to give the win for Germany. Das Rennen sahen einige enge Kämpfe in der ganzen Gebiet, aber am Ende war es Daniel Reckward, die den Sieg, dicht gefolgt von Tim Bremicker im 2. während 3. The first round of the Spanish 1/8th scale gas Nationals was run last weekend in dry weather at the Cañete track in Cordoba. Qualifying saw the top spot for the semi finals go to GS racer Richi Gomez with current European Champion Robert Battle claiming the top spot for the other semi final. Qualifying sah die Spitze für das Halbfinale Finale gehen zu GS Racer Richi Gomez mit aktuellen europäischen Champion Robert Schlacht behauptete die Spitze vor Ort für die anderen Halbfinale. It was Mugen racer Daniel Vega however that claimed the quickest time in the semi to take the pole position for the main final with Borja Hernandez starting from the 2nd position. Es war MUGEN racer Daniel Vega behauptete jedoch, dass die schnellste Zeit im Halbfinale um die Pole-Position für die Haupt-Finale mit Borja Hernandez ab dem 2. Platz. Almost immediately Vega had problems and dropped to the back of the field allowing Antonio Jesus Gomez to take the lead, which he held for the first 8 laps until a quick moving Batlle took over at the front. Following on from the oOple report from Im Anschluss an den Bericht von oOple Saturday’s Samstag's 2wd class at the BRCA National Indoor series in Worksop, comes the results from the 4wd class that was held on Sunday. 2WD-Klasse in die BRCA-National Indoor-Serie in Worksop, kommt die Ergebnisse aus der 4wd Klasse, fand am Sonntag. Jimmy over at oOple has been reporting from the National Indoor Finals, which is the climax of the indoor racing season, with drivers having qualified primarily by racing the indoor regionals. Jimmy mehr als im oOple wurde die Berichterstattung von der National Indoor-Finale, das ist der Höhepunkt der Rennsaison Innen, mit Treibern, die in erster Linie durch qualifizierte Rennen der regionalen Innen. The venue for the 2007/8 indoor finals is the excellent Worksop venue, which has been one of the most popular indoor venues over the winter season. HPI Europe wanted us to mention the Challenge series they are preparing for this year. HPI Europa wollte, dass wir zu schweigen von den Challenge-Serie sind sie die Vorbereitung für dieses Jahr. Using the Baja desert racing buggy, teams of racers from around Europe will be racing all summer to qualify for a huge 12-hour endurance race in Spain at the end of the racing season.
