Protoform sign Yugo Nagashima

Protoform have announced the addition of Japanese electric on-road frontrunner, Yugo Nagashima to their race team. The Destiny factory driver went on an absolute tear in 2018, winning National Championships in Japan, Canada and Australia as well as major victories at the Snowbird Nationals, U.S. Indoor Champs, the Speed King Tout and the Asian Onroad Championships. Johnny Carey TQs & wins at Snowbird Nationals

The recent 2018 Snowbird Nationals, held in Kissimmee, Florida, was as usual run in a multitude of classes. In the 17.5T Pro10 category it was SpeedMerchant’s Johnny Carey with the TQ and win using a SMC and Team Scream powered car. Ishioka & Knapp sweep 2018 Snowbird

Last weekend’s 2018 Snowbird Nationals saw 600 entries spread across many electric on-road classes and in the hotly contested Formula category it was Japan’s Hayato Ishioka (CRC). However, CRC teammates Andrew Knapp and Jeff Dayger were hot on his heels but after the 5-minute single A-main it was still Hayato who would hold the upper hand with Andrew ending the race only 0.3 seconds short of the Japanese ace. Isaacs & Parsons win at Snowbird Nationals

The 2018 edition of the iconic Snowbird Nationals electric on-road race was held in Kissimmee, Florida this past weekend and in the Touring Super Stock 17.5T A-main it was pole position holder, Sam Isaacs with the win. Eric Anderson, coming from the 5 spot on the grid, would end the race some 0.3 seconds down in 2nd while Robbie Dodge, starting from P6, snatched the final podium spot in 3rd. Yugo Nagashima takes Snowbirds TC Mod title

The annual Snowbird Nationals were held this past weekend in Orlando, Florida, attracting the country’s fastest electric on-road racers as well as guests from abroad. In the premier Touring Modified class it was Japan’s Yugo Nagashima (Destiny) with the TQ and he would also come out on top in the 5-minute single A-main, some 1.3 seconds in front of Awesomatix’s Sam Isaacs while Team Associated’s Keven Hebert had to settle for 3rd overall, another 0.5 seconds down. Wynn & Ishioka win at 2017 Snowbird Nationals

The recent 2017 Snowbird Nationals once again attracted some of the World’s fastest on-road racers to compete in several electric on-road classes. In World GT-R and after taking a second in 2016, Brian Wynn came out swinging at this year’s Snowbirds. He would have his hands full as defending Champ, Japan driver Kosuke Suzuki, was in the house ready to hang on to the title. 2017 Snowbird Nationals – Report

The annual Snowbird Nationals was held at the Park Inn in Kissimmee, Florida this past weekend. More than 300 entries in ten different classes joined this event and the premier Touring Modified category was once again stacked with talent.
