Serpent release new website Categories - Industry, Serpent, Racing - comments closed
Serpent have today launched their all new website, serpent.com, which is a major upgrade from their previous site mytsn.com. Having been present online since the early days of the internet (it was the first web site i ever visited back in the early 90’s), Serpent have been a pioneer in their use of the web in presenting their products and news and this new site is simply the next step in the use of that technology.
What you see in front of you is a totally new platform complete with some neat new features, with more to come online soon such as RSS feeds, and a simple and easy to use interface. Our site of course will continue to be updated regularly with news from around the world as well as continuous product releases.

HPI have once again kept us informed of the air times of the very well received RC Racing show which goes out on European cable channel Motors TV. This episode will show the concluding final of last years electric World Championships along with more kit reviews and insights.

In an announcement from Team Associated today, the US company owned by Thunder Tiger, have confirmed, what was a badly kept secret, that they will enter into the 1/8th scale buggy market with their ‘Factory Team RC8′. The statement also confirmed the identity of their team who will race and further develop the car.
Set to lead the Worldwide racing campaign for the RC8 are current ROAR 1/8th Scale National Champion, Ryan Maifield, two-time IFMAR World Champion Ryan Cavalieri and multi-time U.S. National Champion, Richard Saxton. In addition, ROAR “A†main finalist JR Mitch and Kyle Skidmore will focus on regional events and select National contests in the United States.

Team Tamale have released these great new setup wheels for electric touring cars running foam tyres. Made from aluminium they are five sided with each side representing a different tyre diameter to check your setup on. They are anodised black, but may come in other colours, and have a chamfered edge and feature the tyre diameter engraved in the side.
Here are set-up wheels for your touring cars running foam tires. These have 5 sides on them for 5 different sizes of foam tires. We all know how suspension settings change as foam tires wear. These set-up wheels give you the ability to set your suspension settings for tire sizes ranging from 58mm down to 56mm in .5mm increments.

Diggity Designs 3D12 and CD12 Categories - Diggity Designs, Electric On Road, Cars, Products - comments closed
Diggity Designs, who design, create and sell conversion sets for electric cars, have released images (albeit small ones) of their 2 new products that they will be releasing in 2007. The 3D12 and CD12 as seen above are complete rolling chassis’ and have a totally new rear pivot design, use CRC side springs and have adjustable battery positioning. As you can see there will be a classic battery layout version and an updated mid battery layout version too.
