A member of the Infinity team, when he wasn’t busy executing super fast pit stops Felix was a keen racer himself. Having travelled the world alongside Felix and had the chance to spend time with him both on and off the track, Red RC would like extend our condolences to his family, the Infinity team and all those who had the pleasure of calling Felix their pitman over the years. …P. and Chavit. After the first pit stop Charlee had an accident in the pit lane, that handed Chavit to 2nd spot. After 15mins passed, Meen hit a spur gear problem, which gave Chavit a long lead followed by Andy Moore and Ki Heung Kim on 2nd and 3rd spot. In the final 15mins, Chavit was still on the lead, Meen was climbed back to 2nd spot after the pit crews work with Andy Moore completing the podium ahead of Ki Heung Kim and Attitat I. who had an impressive race to fifth. The stands are intended to kepp organise your pit table and help you keep your wheels in place and in correct order you want them. Running alongside its full size oval racing counterpart, the Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Nationals, it was Zachary Freeman who came away with the SC Modified win at the ninth edition of the RC Chili Bowl held in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Attracting over 500 entries, the Scotty Ernst organised event is one of the biggest in the industry with its tented indoor pit area packed with manufacturers involved in the R/C oval racing scene. Famed Swiss wet tyre producer Kiss Rain Tyres has introduced a new soft compound variant of their 1:8 Onroad tyres. The first version if the Evo14 tyre ran at 25 shore with the new ‘soft’ version has a shore of 15. Providing a high amount of water displacement in the wet, the tyres are build using Kiss’ own core material and Pit Shimizu’s proven D01J tyre for the outer tread.
