Xray have introduced new low-friction graphite composite belt pulleys for the NT1 nitro on-road kit. The pulleys are moulded from a specially-formulated graphite composite mix for reduced friction and increased performance and durability. The lightweight parts stand out due to their bright orange colour and they are available separately as 20T 2-speed centre, 18T 2-speed side, 19T mid-centre as well as 25T and 26T mid-side pulley and also as a complete 5-pulley set. Xray have announced the release of their nickel-coated XCA aluminium lightweight 26mm high-dynamic clutch bell for the NT1 200mm nitro kit. Machined from Swiss 7075-T6 aluminium, the clutch bell saves about 57 percent of weight compared to the standard steel part, significantly reducing the rotational mass without sacrificing strength or durability. Xray have introduced the latest incarnation of their IFMAR Worlds and EFRA European Championship winning NT1 200mm nitro platform, the NT1 2018. The kit features some subtle refinements in the chassis and rear bulkhead and layshaft mount area, mostly to adapt the chassis to a full range of grip conditions even better. The 2018 specification kit is based off of a redesigned 7075-T6 aluminium chassis that features a larger front opening for improved flex, with a milled-out pocket taking an optional alloy brace that has influence on the overall steering response and cornering speed. Xray have introduced a new 1.8mm rear anti-roll bar for the NT1, made from special spring steel material. The wire anti-roll bar is used to increase steering response on small, technical tracks and rear traction and is mounted to the bulkheads from the outside, for quick & easy changes and adjustment. Coming from Xray and made for the NT1 1/10th 200mm nitro on-road car is a 1.8mm front anti-roll bar wire. The thinnest and thus softest yet the swaybar adds to the already existing 2.0mm to 2.8mm types.
