Martin Wollanka wins Austrian Nitro Buggy Nats Rd4

The fourth and final round of the Austrian 1/8th Nitro Buggy Nationals was held at the A-Team Graz track. The newly prepared surface offered high yet smooth traction and it was Xray’s Martin Wollanka who set the pace by winning three qualifiers to take the TQ while Serpent’s Hupo Hönigl closely followed in second spot. After the semifinals Martin placed his buggy on the pole position for the 45-minute main final with Hupo coming in second, only one second short of Wollanka’s time. Mara & Novotny win at Czech Buggy Nats Rd3

Round three of the Czech 1/8th Buggy Nationals was held at the RC Club Radotin track in Prague. In the Nitro Buggy class Jiri Mara (Serpent) took the win from Karel Novotny (Team Durango) and Max Götzek (Xray), who made a last lap move to secure himself the final podium spot. Elsewhere in the E-Buggy class Karel Novotny (Team Durango) grabbed the win from Ales Bidovsky (TLR) while Max Götzel scored his second third place finish of the day to round out the podium.
