Tested RC, the new brand of Ryan Lee, have introduced three new carbon fibre setup boards. The design with a Nomex honeycomb core and laminated outer carbon fibre plates makes for high precision, a completely flat surface and a very light weight, making these boards ideal especially for travelling and also weekly racing. Yokomo have introduced their updated Racing Pit Bag IV. Version four of the popular hauler bag was improved in terms of ease of use and also durability and it sports updated stitched graphics and seams. Muchmore have introduced their new lightweight Factory setup board for 1/8th scale vehicles. Measuring 400x500mm the board is only 12mm thick, making for a low weight of 177g. TWT have introduced their Ronald Völker signature setup board for 1/10th scale vehicles. At 430x350mm it is bigger than TWT’s standard boards and it features a plain middle section without the usual toe and wheelbase grids but a left-hand compartment for the company’s setup stand as well as right-hand, foam-cladded parts trays for screws, nuts and other small parts. TWT have introduced new versions of their acrylic setup boards with updated layouts. Developed in cooperation with their team drivers such as Jilles Groskamp and Meen Vejrak the boards offer different pocket locations for small parts and also TWT’s acrylic car stand, making for a more convenient and ergonomic use.
